Welcome to Tides at Tops’l 1208 – Tides and Sunsets, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat designed for comfort and coastal relaxation. This inviting condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the primary suite, two twin beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Start your mornings on the private balcony with a fresh cup of coffee as you take in the coastal breeze, then unwind after a day of adventure in the bright, open living space. The newly remodeled kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Updated tile flooring throughout the main living areas adds a clean, modern touch. Guests at Tides at Tops’l enjoy access to an impressive selection of resort-style amenities, including a Gulf-front pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, grilling area, pickleball courts, putt-putt, basketball, shuffleboard, and a scenic jogging trail—perfect for year-round enjoyment. End each day with breathtaking Gulf sunsets and the peaceful sounds of the waves, making your stay at Tides and Sunsets a truly unforgettable beach getaway.

The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Tides building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your East, allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

Area Attractions:

This condo is located in a secluded neighborhood that has primarily foot traffic and no major roads to cross. It is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Good location. Clean, especially kitchen and bathrooms. Nice view of beach and gulf. Parking lot fine. Easy access and entry to room. Access to the beach after the pool was closed was by walking around the building and on a sidewalk near the next one. Not handy for an early morning walk on the beach as access through the pool starts at 9am. Communication with rental company excellent.

We really enjoyed the huge patio with table and chairs, and we ate several meals there. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The condo is spacious and we loved the wall of windows with southwest ocean view. We also loved that immediately east of the condo is a state park so it’s a peaceful, undeveloped stretch of gorgeous beach for walking! It’s worth noting that beach set-up is not included with the condo, but is available for $40/day by talking with the beach attendants. The only disruption to our beautiful, peaceful stay was a North wind that whistled so loudly through the condo that it woke us up at night and was generally loud and annoying throughout the day. Fortunately, only 2 of our 5 days were plagued with northerly winds.
