I stayed in this condo for 3 days and it was everything that I wanted and needed. Beachfront with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean which was a major plus.

I liked that there is security on the territory, a large parking lot, a clean beach, friendly staff, the apartment had all the necessary things: all the dishes in the kitchen and even more, TVs in each room, two toilets - very convenient. We really liked it...!

Me and my husband stayed 2 weeks our favorite place to stay had a few bumps this time but was resolved quickly great location to everything

The location was perfect, right on the water to enjoy the view from the balcony. It was clean, accommodating and quiet. It had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The resort fee was $27 dollars but we were able to access the outdoor pool and hot tub. There was a tiki bar and a small take out restaurant. They also have an indoor hot tub and free parking. Tons of activities around the area as well. The main bed was a little uncomfortable and the dryer didn't heat well.

Some minor issues when we first arrived. They were able to correct the minor things right away. We did not use the dishwasher until the day we were leaving (we were there for a long weekend) and it did not work. We let them know about other things and stated they would get them fixed. The view was amazing!! The beach was even better. The Tiki bar has great options for taking your frozen drinks to the beach. I brought my daughters down for a quick get away and had a blast! The worst thing is the elevator!! Takes forever and it is sooo hot inside. They really need some kind of air movement.

My family really enjoyed our stay for a week. The room was the perfect size with amazing views of the beach and pool. The amenities such as an on-site store, tiki bar, and restaurant are convenient for many different needs. The restaurant had great prices for a quick meal! The pool scene was also a very fun way to spend some time. The only downfall is the elevator wait times were sometimes long, but we did visit during peak season. We will be thrilled to return again!

Great location. We had 2 adults 3 kids and it suited us well for a weekend. The summit is an older building so it's not as polished as some, but the location and easy navigation of the facilities more than made up for it. Lots of things on site. Would absolutely recommend. Very chill party/family atmosphere :)

We had a great trip! Only issue and not really issue just my fault for not doing the research of the strip club across the street. So just be aware in case you have curious young ones with lots of questions. Other than that we had a great stay.

I stayed in condo 928 for 28 days. It was very clean and well stocked for a long stay. The condo has lots of cookware, dishes and utensils. I didn’t have to go out and buy anything for my stay except for groceries. Everything I used in the condo worked great. I did remote work during the week and the WiFi worked fine. It was very quiet during my stay. The host company answered all my questions pre-stay and customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I would definitely book this condo again!

My husband, two granddaughters and myself, had a wonderful stay at the Summit. Our condo was exactly as the pictures shows, we had plenty of room and the condo was very clean and decorated wonderfully. If I have to leave any complaints it would be that one elevator was down and it made the elevator wait long. We did take the stairs numerous times and up 9 flights can get wearisome. This was not a complaint about the condo or owner in any fashion. I would like to stay here again next fall when we come back to Panama City Beach.
