Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The Summit is located beachfront in Panama City Beach! Vacation rentals here have incredible Outdoor Amenities including: Two Large outdoor pools, Two children's pools, Two large outdoor hot tubs, One large indoor hot tub, His and Hers Sauna Steam Rooms, Lighted Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Court, Beach Services, Water Sports Center, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Beach Volleyball and Poolside Tiki Bar. Indoor Amenities include a Convenience Store, Snack Bar, Fitness Center, coin-operated laundry, Free local calls, Charcoal BBQ Grills, an Arcade, and Vending Machines.

Our condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The resort was very clean as well and the employees were friendly and worked very hard to maintain a perfect atmosphere for their guests. The location was close to great restaurants and shops and it was very easy to find your way around. We were well pleased with our accommodations!

The Summit seemed run down (elevators not working, electric went out- although came back on within an hour), the hose to wash sand off was not working, one bathroom by the pool was closed for half of the stay). This is all outside of RealJoy control and they did a great job communicating any questions or concerns we had.
The room was very accommodating and the kitchen had all the supplies to cook meals in. Bikini Bobs was convenient for snacks, ice, and drinks! The beach was beautiful and view was great! Overall we had a great trip!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Summit! The room was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect. It was very easy to get onto the beach. The pools were great and my kids loved them. We enjoyed having a tiki bar on site as well! We will definitely be staying here again! We had one small issue while staying but the host was very responsive and handled it.

The room was amazing! Beds were comfy! Pool was warm and hot tubs were great! Snack bar was good and cheap!! First 3 nights there the pool closed at 7.

Such a great condo! We loved being able to drink our coffee overlooking the beach. The walk was so short getting to the beach. The owners were great and very responsive. We will keep this place in mind for future visits to PCB!

Unit 818 was a very nice unit. The layout of the bathroom was a little odd but very manageable. Looked like the unit had been updated recently. Only problem we had was with the humidity but they had a dehumidifier which solve our problem. Had to text one question and got a response within a couple of minutes.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would return . It was just right for our needs and we didnt leave the condo except to go to the beach and we ate at bikini bobs which have good food for a good price.I would recommend this condo for others to try and you will be seeing us again
