Welcome to The Summit 1426! Enjoy fabulous beachfront views from the 14th floor in Panama City Beach! This one bed two bathroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably. Enjoy the sunset from the Gulf Front balcony with endless views of sugar-white sand and emerald waters! The fully equipped kitchen has everything the chef in your group needs to whip up a delicious meal. The living room has plenty of seating to watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV and gulf views. if you want to keep your fitness routine, the on-site gym will have everything you need. With a fully equipped kitchen, spectacular amenities, and a prime location in Panama City Beach, you'll have it ALL at The Summit 1426!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The Summit is located beachfront in Panama City Beach! Vacation rentals here have incredible Outdoor Amenities including: Two Large outdoor pools, Two children's pools, Two large outdoor hot tubs, One large indoor hot tub, His and Hers Sauna Steam Rooms, Lighted Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Court, Beach Services, Water Sports Center, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Beach Volleyball and Poolside Tiki Bar. Indoor Amenities include a Convenience Store, Snack Bar, Fitness Center, coin-operated laundry, Free local calls, Charcoal BBQ Grills, Arcade, and Vending Machines.

*The HOA will only issue 5 wristbands for this unit. Children under 12 will not need a wristband as long as they are accompanied by an adult. *

Oh my goodness! This place is absolutely breathtaking! The view from the balcony is worth every penny!!! The condo is super nice and was more than we could have hoped for! This condo and location is the best! The view was amazing, the pools, hot tubs and cleanliness was wonderful! Perfect for my daughter and I. I was very impressed with the elevator situation, hardly no wait at all. Felt very safe with 24 hour security, you can not get into the parking lot without showing your wrist bands. Only complaint I have was the mattress on the king bed wasn’t to my liking other than that it was great.

Great condo on the beach with all the amenities you could want. The pool was great with a Tiki bar close by for a mixed drink or cold soda or snack. Easy to walk to things close by to, great place will be back

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we spotted many dolphins in the morning. It was clean with comfy beds. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Check in was easy. Real Joy was a great host responding quickly with questions. The location was great and the resort staff were also helpful. The pool was clean and heated. The Tiki Bar and Bikini Bob's restaurant were a nice plus at this resort. I would recommend it again.

Wonderful views of the gulf and sunset. Close to shopping, stores, and adventures such as dolphin tours and parasailing. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has what is needed to make meals. Secure location with coded access to the parking lot and pool area from the beach.

Beautiful place

Had a great time staying at the Summit. Spectacular views from our condo room 1426. Got to see dolphin swimming in the morning and evening, also got to see quite a few stingrays and jellyfish. There was a ton of shells and people was catching lots of blue crab every day. The beach was clean the staff was awesome.

Our recent stay at this condo through RealJoy Vacation Rentals was nothing short of perfect!
