Typically I would be hesitant about a ground floor unit. (Because I’ve always thought it would be too loud with the pool nearby) However, I will try to stay in this unit every year we go from now on. Steps from the pool, beach, tiki bar, bikini bobs and on site mini convenient store. Small grassy area out back for cornhole, swings, or just letting the kids run around. Could barely hear a peep out of anyone from the pool. Super responsive with messages. Only downside was no washer and dryer. My new go-to! Everything was fantastic!
Clean, comfortable, very well supplied with drip and Keurig coffee makers, high end faucets, and extraordinary shower! Just steps to 2 very large hot tubs which were 10 feet from a grill/bar that made the best burgers we've ever had. We felt very secure with the gate at the front which was always manned, as well as the gate around the pool area that kept unwanted people from coming in. Nice grassy area around pools and hot tubs, and bench swings that were perfect for early morning coffee. Beach wheelchairs are available free of charge, and they have a ramp that goes to the middle of the beach. RealJoy managing company was fantastic to work with and had a question about the tv resolved within minutes. PCB has been my second home for over 50 years, and I've stayed at dozens of the properties there. The Summit is now first on my list. No negatives whatsoever. Highly recommend! Perfect location
We absolutely loved this condo. We stay at the summit every year but have never stayed at this particular unit. Definitely recommend. It was very clean. Really up to date and cozy. With 3 kids, we only like lower level condos. With this being on the ground, it was perfect. Also love how close and convenient it was to the pool and also to bikini bobs! We loved it here. loved Summit 126! The space was very clean. Master bed was wonderful! The living room TV kept losing signal so it was hard to watch anything in the living room, maybe operator error but my husband and I both tried! No complaints though! Very relaxing and clean space!
