The Summit 1209

A very cozy & beachy vibe! My daughters and I loved it! This was our first family vacation together in almost 8 years. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view is amazing. We will definitely come back. The only thing I would like to say it needs is a beach chair rental should be included with the unit. But still a 5 star experience for us!

This was a great vacation spot. Room was clean and the King bed was so nice. Also, having 2 toilets was great. What I really loved was the staff and security. The Summit has rules and doesn’t let kids of any age run wild, which is amazing. They also do not let people in who are not guests or renters, which is great. We had ample parking the whole stay! We will be back! Keep this place in good shape for us!! Great vacay!!!

Our stay here was wonderful. The listing description was accurate and had the extras that as a frequent Airbnb’s user were very appreciated: nightlight in bathroom, full length mirror, very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, great selection of tv channels, easy to use ac/heating thermostat, good selection of kitchen cooking utensils, reliable WiFi. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and extra starter supply of paper products. There was balcony construction during our stay but we were informed of this prior to our arrival. We felt very safe in this unit and appreciated the gated entrance and guard. I highly recommend staying in this unit/complex and hope to stay again when visiting PCB.

My husband and I rented at the Summit Condominiums room 1209. I had stayed there many years ago. I really enjoyed our stay. We are coming back in October to do some offshore fishing. Go ahead and this place now!! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! The washer and dryer in the condo is a real plus! They had a nice start up of things you need to get you by until you got to the store if you forgot to bring things. Whoever they use as cleaners are fantastic!! We spilled some water picked it up with a paper towel and there was NO dirt on the paper towel. Nice selection of pots and pans etc… The view was phenomenal! The Summit had a lot of amenities and the little restaurant on site was very reasonably priced and good! I can’t recommend RealJoy enough and already looking forward to using them again. The venue was very close to a lot of fun activities, the human maze was a blast!

The owners have put forth amazing efforts to make their condo feel like a home away from home. We noticed the recent updates all the way down the the crown molding and ceiling fan placement. As always, we enjoyed our stay and it’s a perfectly accommodating unit.

This is not my first time staying at The Summit, but my first time staying at Thomas’ property. The twin size bed in the bedroom was perfect for our toddler. The condo was clean and communication was good. Will definitely stay again!
