This place has amazing access to the beach! Location is amazing and the furnishings are comfortable. We didn’t cook there, but the kitchen looked stocked. It was nice to be able to use the beach chairs that were left by someone else. Overall, a great property.

Jilenna’s place was everything we were looking for in our stay. It was extremely clean very up to date and a very homey feel. Words cannot describe the availability of being right on the beach as well as the beach being private! In both directions our beach was very open, crowd free, clean, relaxing, and everything you would want for your vacation. It REALLY stood out when you could tell where the public beaches started outside of our private beach. The price point, all the features and responsiveness from our host made the trip that much more enjoyable. The layout of the house was also awesome especially if you’re going with friends or others in your family like we did. Will definitely be back no questions asked. Thank you Jilenna for a great stay!

Adorable, beachfront property in Destin. We rented The Q during the off-season in order to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday at the beach. The building itself is clearly older however, this unit has been nicely upgraded and remodeled fairly recently. The decor was truly beachy. The owners description was very accurate so we knew just what to expect.Pros:Check in and check out procedures were very easy.Ideal beachfront setting.Clean and well-maintained.Cons:The parking spaces are extremely narrow, not suitable for pick up trucks or large SUVs.The mattresses were very soft.Only two small kitchen towels and a single trash bag for provided for the kitchen. We made do, but we were only there for three nights. Had we been there longer we would have been washing the kitchen towels more than once.Extra pillows provided in the closets, however, there were no extra pillowcases for those pillows.Overall, I highly recommend this unit and I will likely stay there again for my next staycation.

This has got to be the best location! Extremely convenient with little children! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. I won’t take a star away for this but in the bottom level I didn’t get any cell single and the WiFi was extremely poor. Once I stepped into the bedroom I had no service or WiFi. Keep that in mind if you’re planning to stay in the bottom level and need to use internet.

Loved staying here! First time staying on an actual beachfront property and this did not disappoint. If you want to be literally on the beach, this is the spot. This spot was a perfect location! Our teens loved renting bikes for the week and we loved the great walking/running path, easy walk to great coffee and we all loved the beautiful, private beach! The place was well furnished and had enough space for all seven of us. Would definitely stay again!

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at the beach. Our accommodations were good for a family with two grandparents, two parents, and five children ages 2, 7, 8,13, and 16. The only slight concern was having to have two entrances given the layout. We all enjoyed the large living area on main floor but going up and down steps for the lower area was not for older adults. That being said, we were very pleased and would consider reserving it again next year.

Clean home. In walking distance of many shops and food. On the beach-steps away. Host great at replying quickly and giving any info needed. We had a fabulous time. Note-the downstairs is not attached to main house unless you walk outside. I was unsure when we rented but wanted to pass that along if you are expecting to use downstairs room for younger kids. We will definitely rent out the condo again!!

The location was perfectly positioned near shops and restaurants. Being right on the beach was a dream. All beach equipment was included. Chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. The layout of the bedrooms was great for a multi-party trip. The water pressure was great in the showers also temperature . This house was perfect for our family. Directly on the beach but beware… it’s not a private beach, wake up early and grab a few chairs to hold your spot. It's a one story house, spacious, with a great view, nice porches, and fully stocked kitchen. Malls, restaurants, grocery stores are just minutes away.

The only thing we would say needed an upgrade was the pillows! They were pretty uncomfortable. The couch cover came off a lot. Everything else was good. Great location. Loved the private beach!

This is our 3rd Costa Del Sol property to stay in and by far our favorite. While some units have been slightly updated, this unit has been completely remodeled and well done. We love Costa Del Sol for its proximity to the beach and will definitely be coming back.

9 nurses and a doctor needed a quick get away to the beach. No husbands, no kids. This was absolutely perfect for us. Great location, easy to find. Our favorite part was the fact that it was only steps away from the waters edge. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and the scenery was amazing. the only issue was the wi-fi. It was very spotty and hard to stay connected, especially for those 4 in the downstairs living area. Our group would love to return to Destin next year and would definitely book this property again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We loved how close we were to the ocean, being able to wake up to the sound of the waves was fantastic. I 100% want to come back. There was only one thing, on our last night my teen kids woke up to a roach climbing the walls in the upstairs bedroom with the 2 beds. There was only 1 that we saw which we disposed of. All in all I'm ready to come back. The location was perfect, the view was amazing, and it was so calming and relaxing, would definitely recommend and possibly return, (working on talking the husband into an every year return)

This place is amazing. It’s the perfect location for a family. You are steps from the beach, it’s a safe community, and everyone around was so friendly. The private beach makes it stress free, no worrying about where you are going to set up. It’s so close to the ocean, you can walk back and forth easily to get snacks/drinks. It was very clean and check in was easy. Our family of four slept in the basement apartment, while our two sets of grandparents took the upstairs rooms. This was plenty of room for all of us, and the apartment added just enough privacy/quiet for our little ones to go to bed at a regular time without disruptions. There are two beach front restaurants within walking distance. The three decks make for the opportunity to sit outside together, or if you need to get away for a few, you have the chance while still being on the ocean front. It was a wonderful place for an extended family vacation. We will be planning on a return.

I must start with… this is the best view we’ve had in all our years of coming to Destin! There were only a few minor things. The cleaners did just an okay job, but I did NOT report this to Jilenna while we were there, as I know being beachfront, the sand will come in. I am a clean freak, so my expectations are probably too high. I swept and did a quick wipe down and moved on. Wasn’t a big deal & not worth bothering Jilenna or us having to step out so it could be cleaned more. I did just let Jilenna know in her private report and feel certain she will address it.
Third floor master mattress will need replaced sooner than later as one side sinks down more than other. I was still able to sleep and did not bring this to Jileanna’s attention while there. We have a firm mattress at home, so those who love to sink into a mattress probably won’t find this to be an issue!
Wifi on lowest level was non-existent for us, as was any phone service. Jilenna said in the past they have tried to add a separate router down there, but it still didn’t work well. While an inconvenience, it was not a deal-break for our trip. However, if guests staying down there absolutely need wifi, this may be an issue for them. We have Verizon, so other carriers may at least do better with cell service. The view and private beach more than made up for the minor things! We loved this place and will return! Jilenna was super attentive and wonderful to communicate with!

We had a fabulous time and could not have been more thrilled with the crazy close access to the white sand beach. We strolled the beach frequently and I woke every morning to sit at the back deck overlook and bird. Each morning was completely different with birds and wildlife. We had dolphins feed several mornings and got to spot migrating water birds, all without leaving the deck and my cup of tea. Had a lovely time and hope to return soon.

The three levels allow for room to spread out. The apartment on the bottom was perfect for my family with an infant. We were able to tuck away for her naps without making the others be quiet. Beautiful views & steps from the sand. Great place to stay!

Absolute best Airbnb by far! First off the house was absolutely amazing, with the most perfect view! The management company was so quick to respond when we had trouble with the TV, I was by far impressed with how quick they resolved the issue.
We will most definitely be booking here again and planning to make it a yearly family trip.

The Q was perfect for our family beach weekend. The views of the gulf —-PRICELESS! You open the door and you are immediately relaxed by the sounds of the crashing waves and the site of the beautiful gulf waters. The place was clean and the rooms were tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our time at the Q and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place literally right on the beach!

We loved being steps from the beach so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. House had plenty of space for our group. Individual families were able to spread out. Three decks were so nice. Kitchen needs some attention. Cabinets and dishes weren’t the cleanest. House did have a lot of nicknacks that we needed to move around so they weren’t broken. We would stay here again though!

Great times with the family. The only issue is in order to get downstairs, you have to come through the front door. This is problematic when you have people downstairs that need to get to their car and the only way is to come through the second floor. Perhaps put a code on all the doors so no one has to wake up and let people in and out.
