Welcome to The Palms A6 a beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome. Relax with your favorite beverage on your fabulous private balcony. With a king-size bed in the master and an attached bathroom on the 2nd floor, you will be able to rest well after a long day at the beach. For more sleeping rooms, there is an additional queen-sized bed in the guest mini suite on the 1st floor and 2 twin/full bunk beds, and a king bed in the guest room on the 3rd floor. This townhome sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. The Palms A6 also features amenities such as outdoor pool and a hot tub. The full kitchen has everything the chef in your group needs to whip up a delicious meal. The living room has a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a full day at the beach. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is only 5.6 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the Whiteknuckle Rapids.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. Family vacation

How close to the beach the townhouse was the pool was amazing. The beach where we were was not crowded at all there was plenty of room to put out your stuff and enjoy the beach.plenty of room for everyone. The beds were a little hard. And a lot of steep steps. I didn't know it was 3 floors the kids were on the top floor.

This place was so pretty and peaceful! We got in early and they made arrangements for an early check in! We had to reach out to them about something and they were so quick to respond and call us back to make sure everything was taken care of! Our family had a wonderful stay here. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen(s), as we cooked most of our own meals. There was plenty of room for everyone and the teens enjoyed having their own efficiency apartment on the bottom floor. The balconies are perfect for early morning coffee or enjoying the breeze in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and we loved the convenience of being right next to the pool and hot tub and such a short walk (few minutes) to the ocean. This felt like a very safe location and with it being in September we had the beach mostly to ourselves. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The covered parking area was great for loading/unloading our vehicle.
RealJoy was very responsive and absolutely wonderful to work with. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 infant. The space had plenty of room and more. Easy access to the beach and it was beautiful. The pool was a good size and right next to the airbnb. Plenty of dishes to use if you plan on cooking. Excellent spot, would definitely stay there again. No issues with stay, host was very responsive.
