If you're looking for a family-friendly pace to call your next home away from home look no further than The Palms A3 a 3-bed/3-bath townhome. On the 2nd floor, you will find a full kitchen that has everything the chef in your group needs to whip up a delicious meal and plenty of dining space for everyone to enjoy. On the 1st floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed and access to the porch. On the 2nd floor, you will find a queen bed. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor with a king bed and full over full bunk bed and balcony access where you can enjoy the gulf views. This townhome sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy grilling out with the family on your private outdoor deck and all amenities such as a community outdoor pool and a hot tub. Come see why the fun never stops at The Palms A3. Parking allows for two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park in the back of the complex near the dumpster. Overflow spaces are first come, first serve.

Excellent place to be with family and friends to spend a quality time. This home has very nice arrangements to keep the kids engaged. Our place was great matched the photos and was easy to locate and gain access, it’s right across the street from the beach and felt so private there was hardly anyone out there so we weren’t fighting for a place to put our stuff down or having to walk a mile down the beach to find a spot which was great, we had a few issues with the unit the ac wasn’t working properly, one of the toilets didn’t flush, and the dryer wasn’t drying but real joy communicated quickly and got everything fixed in a timely manner. My only complaint is the pool, it closing so early was a huge bummer, and the water was kinda hot and the hot tub completely unbearable and there’s no lightning the pool once it starts getting dark.

Place was very clean and had plenty of space! The only problem we had was a few things were broken before we got there but it was very minor! Very short walk to the beach and short drive to grocery store and shopping! Also figuring out what was on what floor from the pictures is a tad bit difficult! King size bed and full bunks are on top floor, single bed room (along with kitchen and living room) are on the 2nd floor, and the queen bed and twin bunks are on the bottom floor just in case future guest wanted to know! Also every floor has its own bathroom! Definitely would book again!

Nice condo

The condo was very spacious for the 9 of us. It only took 1 minute to walk to the beach. It's in a great area that isn't really loud or heavy traffic. I would stay again.

Family Time

Perfect time of year to vacation before it gets too hot and busy! Got my workout every day climbing the stairs!! My only concern was the pool and not being able to see through to the bottom. Overall a great experience!

Amazing Stay

This property was fantastic! Right across from the beach, walking distance to Thomas donuts and Blu’s store. The beach itself is beautiful and more quiet. Overall, we loved our stay. Property was clean and had all we needed when we got there. It fit 12 people comfortably. Would definitely go again!
