Escape to The Lookout, a brand-new coastal-chic home designed for the perfect Gulf Coast getaway. With stunning Gulf views, luxurious amenities, and plenty of space for family and friends, this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The home is thoughtfully arranged across three floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable queen guest bedroom with a shared attached bathroom that also connects to the hallway, along with a cozy lounging area just outside the bedroom with a sleeper sofa. The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area with a half bathroom. The chef-inspired kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family. Gather around the dining table that seats 8 and bar seating for 5. After dinner, unwind in the spacious living area and enjoy time together. Upstairs on the third floor, you’ll find the luxurious master suite with a king bed, as well as Guest Bedroom 2 with a king bed and Guest Bedroom 3 with two twin bunk beds. Each of the three bedrooms on this floor features its own attached bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for everyone.

Head up to the rooftop deck to take in the stunning views. Relax in the hot tub, stretch out in the outdoor lounge seating, fire up the gas grill, or catch your favorite show on the big-screen TV. With comfortable lounge chairs, it’s also the perfect spot to soak up some sunshine and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The much-anticipated nearby underground pedestrian tunnel connecting you to 30A is now open, making it easier than ever to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Area Attractions:

Serving as the gateway to 30A, 30Avenue is located at the intersection of Highway 98 and east entry of famed Scenic Highway 30A. It is a lifestyle center offering exceptional restaurants, boutique shopping, health and beauty services all within easy walking distance of Inlet, Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beaches.

“The Big Chill” is an incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby.  The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. A stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
