Hi ,we had vacation there from June 9-17 -25,we had nice time,we love it , everything was like in the pictures and we didn't have any problems,we would come back again, yes there is condo charges $17 I believe a day,and also there is beach chairs /umbrella around $55 a day off course if you decide to use it, otherwise bring your own chairs if you driving

Loved staying here! If you are wanting some walkable to all of the stores this is NOT the place for you. This place is secluded and meant to be a relaxing place for vacation. We truly enjoyed being away from everyone and relaxing. Not a lot of traffic and exactly what we saw in the pictures. We were a slightly thrown off by all of the construction being done, but we didn’t pay much attention to that! Just like the pictures and I loved the check in staff!! She was so sweet and extremely helpful at the front desk.

Loved the location. Close to restaurant, small walk to the beach, double pool. Our stay was great and would definitely come again. My only complaint would be the double beds I. The first room were a bit uncomfortable; one made a noise with every move, and the other felt like it was tilted sideways. Other than that everything was great ! And very beautiful the everything is exactly what you see in the listing.

Great area! Small walk to the beach. Heated pool was awesome. I wish there was chairs there or it came with chair service. A map of the grounds would be great in the condo. We discovered areas on the last day that we wish we knew about. Great stay!

The condo was very nice. The pools were a great size, the beach was in a distance though. No view of the water. But the pool was in view. If not seeing the gulf does not bother you, this was a very nice location and place. The double beds in the 2nd room were surprisingly larger than expected. Very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Islander condo. The condo was well maintained. The only thing we wish the condo had was a washer and dryer in the condo or laundry service. There is a coin laundromat in the complex but we would have liked one in our own condo to wash the towels. You do have to wash the towels in the laundromat. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The pools were great. There were lots of things to do around the property (shuffle board, pickle ball, basketball & tennis) and it was a short walk to the beach.

The place was very nice, the private access to the beach was great and so close too, also the pool area was awesome and they also have a barbecue. The apartment was very comfortable, I really like that the 2nd room had 2 full beds. The only thing I could "complaint" about and this is a personal preference is that the AC couldn't be set at less than 70°. Everything else was great!!

I was blown away by my experience with RealJoy. I didn’t know what to expect with this being my first time vacationing to Destin. I couldn’t believe that a condo this nice was so affordable. My family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The woman at the office set the tone for the entire trip. She was leaving for the day but she made sure my check-in process was smooth before she left. The rest was smooth. I would encourage everyone to read the text and emails sent from RealJoy. It helped. If we come back to Destin, I will be checking with RealJoy. I will be recommending them to others.

Property is in middle of a beautiful neighborhood! Our rental was very clean and we had a balcony which was great especially on Wednesday when there was a live DJ for three hours! It was so much fun! Beach was a 4 minute walk and access & security was great! We will definitely be back!

The condo was located next to laundry and elevators. Very clean condo and building. We could not hear any of our neighbors. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was easy to get to the beach. We had to buy a few things for our stay (pot holders and cork screw) but a lot was accounted for. Restaurants and grocery stores very close by. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the place! Only slight downfall is having to keep up with the key card to get in and out of the rooms/beach access and the first day there the key stopped working, but we got it handled in a few minutes. Would recommend👍🏻

This room is located perfectly from the pool laundry room and beach also if we needed a store everything was just around the corner restaurant also at night time it was peaceful even with guests all around u it was very quiet and respectful also the parking lot it is gated so u don't have to worry about people messing with your vehicle also I do recommend to secure a great spot on the beach go early about 7 to 730 in the morning to get a great spot

Nice and peaceful, clean easy access to beach. Only down fall the private beach isn't to private due to so many inns in one spot barely have room to set a chair on the beach.
