This place was absolutely gorgeous the picture don't do it justice its even better in person.All the bathrooms was great for our family of 6.Lots of space for everyone and the added bikes were a big plus the kids loved riding them to the beach.Also loved the kitchen was stocked and we're able to cook a few meals in.There was a nice pool super close by but sadly we were so busy never made it to visit.The outlet shopping mall was so close by was super nice plus.Overall we loved our stay here it was amazing.

The house, the neighborhood, and the location were awesome! The pool was a nice walk around the corner. It was quiet and beautiful! The house was clean and offered everything needed to get the vacation started. I also loved that there were enough bathrooms and space for my family. We would definitely rent this space again! I didn't like there weren't any shades on the door that led to the patio. It was uncomfortable. I wish we could have used the bikes in the garage; since it stated, we couldn't rent a golf cart.

Great place to stay! easy to find! kind of close to the beach. arround 15 min walk. it has a community pool, 500 ft from the home. the only issue is there isn't enough illumination in the pool area. The house is perfect as described. Pretty clean and with a bathroom on each room! it includes a charcoal grill. we are pretty satisfied with the stay! we had no problem with the parking because we traveled in two cars. This is something to ask before!

We had a great spring break trip at the Heidi-way! This place is a dream for taller guests like us. There were high ceilings and tons of space for the 11 of us. It honestly looked better the. The photos online. The neighborhood was well kept & safe. We walked to the beach easily & the wagons in the garage made it much easier to transport our beach gear. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, as it had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the AC, but it was resolved fully by a tech & then worked great. We would definitely recommend this spot & would love to come back sometime!

This was the perfect location for our family! We loved the gated community and private beach. The white sandy beaches and emerald waters were so beautiful. This Miramar Beach area was so pleasant to walk around and we enjoyed the included bikes and beach wagons! Everyone at the Real Joy company who managed this home responded quickly and were easy to communicate with. The living room/dining area was very large and accommodated our larger group very easily and comfortably. We are so thankful for the wonderful memories made.

Lovely home, felt very cozy and well cared for. Slight walk or quick drive to the beach, very close to restaurants and grocery. Our girls had a fun and relaxing time. Parking for more than 3 cars was a challenge but we worked it out, a cover or blind would have been nice for the back door but nothing could spoil the wonderful home, lovely views and great service. Beautiful spacious home! With several adults (a few being 6 feet or taller) and two small children, the high ceilings and big rooms and showers were a great fit. Cute outdoor patio and great kitchen. The house was clean and tidy. In a super sweet private neighborhood about 10 minutes or less from anything we needed. The walk to the beach was tougher than expected but mostly because two kids required a lot of equipment to haul there.

The home was spacious and the perfect size. I did appreciate the text a day after check in to see that things were going smoothly. We did have an issue with access to the gated community and the house because we never received the code ahead of time. Once we were able to reach the host, it was fixed within minutes- I am new to AirBnb, so I didn't realize that they didn't use my email address to send the instructions and I needed to create an account on their platform. The home is very well maintained and had extra pool items located in the garage for the kids, and the bicycles were a nice touch. I own 5 STRs in the Smoky Mountains, so I realize everyone sets up their property a little differently, based on their preferences. I got some great takeaway ideas, but could also give a couple inexpensive recommendations :) We would definitely stay here again!!

This Airbnb is perfect for big groups! (Need someone 25 to rent) It was no more than a 2 minutes walk to the community pool and about 10 minutes walk to the beach access. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was very nice and equipped with the essentials. The only things you would need to bring are simple seasonings and a sponge to do dishes. Everything else is provided for you very nicely and supplied with a big quantity of essentials. RealJoy was also very kind and fast with replying via text and call. Definitely worth it and would come back again.

This property is so close to the beach, it offers tons of room, and is absolutely beautiful. The gated neighborhood is so secure and golf carts are welcomed. The property itself was so clean, and well stocked. It was so nice to find a wagon, and chairs inside the garage for the beach, lots of beach toys inside too! Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and a charcoal grill out on the back patio. Anytime I needed contact with someone I could text and get a response almost instantly. One of the yard sprinklers was leaking which didn’t affect us at all but wanted the owners to be aware for their knowledge and literally someone was at the property within 30 minutes repairing the sprinkler. Absolutely no negatives to this place. The beach access is so convenient. So close to everything yet still far enough away to not feel like your in the middle of the tourist area. Would recommend 100%

Beautiful house and great location! I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We had four teenagers with us so that was great! We were able to use the wagon and chairs for the beach that owner provided so that was very helpful!
Destin beaches are very pretty, water clear and sand so white! We loved it here, will definitely be back!!

Tiene una buena ubicación y muy amplia para cantidad de 15 personas, incluye muchas cosas tanto para la cocina como para llevar a la playa sillas un carrito para cargar cosas entre otras , lo único que faltó fue más papel higiénico ya que solo tuvimos uno por baño y unas vasijas de plástico por si queda de lo que se cocina para guardar pero en todo lo demás estuvo muy bien

Lovely home , very well decorated, with modern touches , kitchen was fully equipped to accommodate our large family, host was very detailed with instructions to make our stay an enjoyable one. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back in the near future.🏆🏆
