We had a fabulous stay. We liked the location and having a golf cart got us everywhere we needed to go. RealJoy is always great to work with and easy to communicate with to resolve any issues. They even had a pumpkin pie waiting for us upon arrival. A few things would have made the stay even better: 1) the pool needed to be heated (it was way too cold without heat to enjoy and with two kids, a pool is a great option and I thought the description stated a heated pool); 2) No grill (we love to grill seafood; 3) A closet or another dresser for the small bedroom with the two twins (there is no closet in this room); a few more bath towels, a large spatula and tongs in the kitchen would be helpful. I loved that the property came with 4 bikes. Our daughter received broke her leg and was casted for the trip but otherwise I think we would have been more on the bikes than the golf cart.

Aesthetically pleasing accommodations are extremely important to my family when we travel. We have very high standards. This property exceeded our expectations. It easily is one of the nicest and best decorated properties that we have stayed in. The home was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen came stocked with all of the cooking utensils that we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. The community was peaceful and quiet. The beach and restaurants are conveniently located close by.
My family is still talking about our amazing stay and look forward to returning.

This house was perfect for 8 people. The house was beautiful and spacious. Super clean. We really enjoyed the house and the area. If you’re going to the beach the parking is a little rough but there is a trolly that will take you straight there. The trolly is about .3 miles from the house. We can’t wait to come back. 10/10

We had a great time at this house. We arrived late at night. The house was not clean. I don’t know what the confusion was about that because I received an email with all the check- in instructions, saying that everything was ready for us. I contacted the manager and she sent someone to bring clean towels and beddings. She apologized and sent the cleaning crew early in the morning. Also she said that they would make it up in some way for the confusion but they didn’t. Other than that we had a great time. The house is beautiful and it’s exactly as it shows in the pictures. They have everything you can possibly need in the house to prepare food, if you plan to cook We had the pool mostly to ourselves everyday. Location is great in close proximity to shoppings and the beach. We loved our stay at this house.

GRAYTest 30A was a beautiful home. There was ample room for our family of 7 adults. The house was clean, comfortable and upscale! If you plan to cook, bring as much as you can from home.... (Salt, spices, etc) There were coffee filters, but that’s it. One dish towel. Not a problem, just be prepared. The house does have a nice supply of bath towels. I do highly recommend a golf cart. 4 bikes are a nice feature, but there were 7 of us. With all the beach gear, it would have been a hassle without the golf cart. The pool is great! Clean, close and not crowded. We had a lovely visit.

My family and I visit 30A every year. This unit was the best! It is not directly on Grayton beach, but a 5 minute ride away. One minute out of the neighborhood, there is public transportation to the beach. This is a better option since parking is a challenge near the beach. The transportation attendants provided my children with 30A free frisbees and beach balls. There is a significant amount of construction in the neighborhood but this was not a problem. The home was spacious, beautiful and very clean. It looks like what you would expect for a home in 30A. There were lots of bath towels. Four bikes were provided but we didn’t get a chance to use them. There are a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. We went to dinner in Destin and this was the perfect distance away without being in that rat race.

Very clean and very spacious. Enjoyed the location in Grayton Beach. Bikes were handy. Community pool was very nice. Would stay here again. Construction is going on in this community, and noises started at about 7:30 am each morning. This wasn’t a problem for us as we are early risers, but do be aware of the construction. Overall one of our favorite stays on 30-A.

My family enjoyed the house and pool. The location was about a mile from the beach but we never felt far away. Parking can be a challenge at the beach but we would eventually find a spot after a few trips around the block. Or we’d ride beach cruisers to the beach. It’s in walking distance to a couple of restaurants/shops too. We found we walked up to this area almost daily. There is construction in the neighborhood (as noted in description) that starts at 7:00AM and goes until 7:00PM during the week. It was not a problem unless you plan to sleep in or take naps. We were up and out the door early each morning heading to the pool, beach, or breakfast so it wasn’t an issue. We’d stay here again as we loved 30A and especially Grayton Beach area.

My family enjoyed the property. It was just the break we needed. The house was up to date, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items. The house was close to the beach, and the bikes were a great addition. We walked and rode bikes to the beach daily. We would definitely rent this property again.

Oh my goodness. We LOVED our stay! RealJoy truly lives up to its name!
Specifically, the cleanliness and all the little touches/furnishings/amenities made for a special blend of elegance and comfort. We are a tall family and we LOVED the tall ceilings both upstairs and downstairs!
The immediate access to the pool and the fact that we had it all to ourselves was beyond expectation. This was right after Labor Day, so many people had left 30A altogether and the weather was fantastic!
The smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms allowed us to log in to our favorite apps (Disney + & Netflix), so everybody had their own customized downtime entertainment :) And the WIFI was great.
The bedroom setup made for a perfect arrangement for our large family. And the bathrooms were gorgeous. The tub in the master bath has us ruined now. We want one!!
It was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations!! This is definitely on our favorites list now!! Highly recommended!!

Decent location.. quiet neighborhood and and beautiful home. Kitchen could be stocked better but had all basics... missing a dustpan so we had to deal with sand all week. First world problems I know.. The bikes were a bonus and came in handy when some of our group wanted to go to beach later than others 😄 Definitely would stay again .. such a beautiful area! We loved that it’s not right in the middle of the Seaside action but close enough to go and enjoy shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful vacation! The house slept 7 of us (5 adults, 2 small children) comfortably. Loved that the house was next to the pool which we practically had to ourselves for the week. We had nice walks to the beach access (about a mile). We did rent a golf cart which made the trek to the beach with all our beach gear much better (Street Legal Golf carts is the place to rent). Loved our stay...thanks for being a great host!

We came to this house to spend winter break with the kids. The girls loved riding their scooters in the cup de sac. We loved the bikes and the ability to ride them when we wanted. The house is absolute gorgeous on the inside. The neighborhood is located straight up the road from the beach, restaurants, and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

We absolutely LOVED this home and location. The house was perfect in every way. It had plenty of space for our group. The home was very clean and well stocked. Every convenience was thought of and covered from the kitchen, the tvs, the bathrooms, the linens, the washer and dryer and the comfy beds. The owners also offered bikes which were such a great addition to our trip. Everyone enjoyed the bikes and the pool which was just steps away from the home. The house is in a very convenient location to 30a, but, it is a much quieter location which we really loved.

Really clean and modern house close to Grayton Beach. Super comfy beds, amazing showers, and a nice big pool that we had all to ourselves most of the time. The complex is still being developed and there was construction across the street but it didn’t bother us. Plenty of parking too! Great place for a group of adults looking to enjoy the beach for a few days.

Thought it should have had more supplies; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, beach towels, shampoo. Some bathrooms did not even have a roll of toilet paper. We understand we would have to buy more. Just suggestions to make rental. Also, wanted Fox News Channel. We were there for a wedding. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back. We had visited Emerald Coast to celebrate the birthday of our 2 year old with family. The house is clean and spacious. We used the bikes to ride to the beach and it is fun. Only inconvenience we had is due to ants that crept into the kitchen.
