You'll be just steps from The Big Chill, one of 30A's favorite gathering spots for live music, sports, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Inside, the open-concept living space creates a comfortable place for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating, while the dining table comfortably seats five. Entertainment is easy with three Smart TVs featuring YouTube TV, including a 65" TV in the family room and 55" TVs in both bedrooms. Thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide a comfortable place to relax after a day spent exploring the beach and 30A. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying live music at The Big Chill, cruising around 30A in the golf cart, or spending the day at the beach, The Good Life puts you right in the middle of everything while still giving you a peaceful place to unwind.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. This laid-back, fun family atmosphere awaits you! Come stay and play and see for yourself what makes our community and the 30A area so special! 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
