This house was the perfect spot for my friend’s bachelorette weekend! Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Easy walk to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach. Real Joy was super responsive whenever needed! The walk to the beach was not bad, but the tram service was also quick and helpful!

Loved the house - great location due to proximity to pool, shops, restaurants, tram stop, etc. We checked in on a Saturday and there was an issue that required a service technician. While Real Joy was not able to get someone there Saturday night, it was addressed by Sunday morning. They were very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay for spring break was wonderful from start to finish. The house is beautiful and clean, with the only exception being that the couches/chairs in the living room could use some cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Everything was exactly as described, and with 9 people we had plenty of room to spread out. The area also cannot be beat! Super close restaurants and bike rentals (we rode our 4 included bikes everywhere), with Rosemary Beach and Alys just a couple minutes away. We are locals and this area is our favorite close getaway. Glad we have found RealJoy; their communication, friendliness, and easy checkout instructions made everything a breeze. Thank you!!

Wow! Amazing off season rental in Seacrest on 30A. Our family loved the home - we are serial renters in the area and this was the cleanest, freshest rental I’ve had. Period! The 3rd floor deck was tremendous, as were the complimentary bikes. Stunning kitchen. The host was always touching base once a day or so with an unobtrusive text to make sure we had all we needed. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

Amazing!! Had truly the most relaxing girls trip! This house and community was a dream! So so quaint. Bikes were awesome and tram service to beach. Walking to everything. We would love to come back! Little thing is the packet pick up at the pool was a little confusing to get to. Also would have just liked to receive all the lock codes through airbnb app and not have to login to the real joy portal but these were very small things!! Would return in a heartbeat.

The house was wonderful, beautifully decorated, and the bikes that were included were very nice. The location was absolutely perfect in between Rosemary and Aly's beach with restaurants and shops within quick bike ride. Seacrest Beach town center was great with live music and kid friendly restaurants. Pool was beautiful and we were always able to find chairs. Only drawback, the house accessible Seacrest Beach was extremely packed and challenging to find space unless you are there early in the morning. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Good location to the pool, had most everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Staff at RealJoy were very helpful and friendly. House was perfect for our family of 10. I have to say the plastic covering over the mattresses were a bit too warm for sleeping. An outside grill would have been good also, we have been coming to this area for 20 years and this is the first house we rented that didn’t have one. Remotes for the ceiling fans were missing, so we had the fan on high the entire time, I like a little less air movement.

Great location, beautiful home with everything we needed. Very clean and organized, and we loved the neighborhood. The only downside to note with those traveling with small kids, the private beach associated with this rental did not allow beach wagons, or small tents. We had a baby we had to keep in the shade and our hands full with the older two that we needed to use the wagon. We ended up going to a different beach during the day because of the restrictions, which made staying at this location not likely for us in the future unfortunately . The home itself was great though.
