This spacious home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, beautiful wood flooring, and an open-concept kitchen and living area designed for gathering and relaxing. The first floor includes a comfortable king bedroom, while upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with two queen beds, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with an additional queen bed, allowing the home to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. Entertainment and fun continue indoors with a Pac-Man arcade table, perfect for kids and adults alike. Situated on a corner lot, the home offers extra space and convenience, and guests can enjoy the nearby community pool when they’re ready for a break from the beach. To make your beach days even better, guests have access to 4 beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, and a paddleboard. A golf cart is also available for an additional fee, making trips to the beach quick and easy. The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar-white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and near some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities.

The Coastline Inn is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center, with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
