Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, and the spacious master suite features a luxurious king bed and private ensuite. Another king bedroom and a third room with two full beds comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. AREA ATTRACTIONS:

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The home was exactly as described. It’s clean, well maintained and an overall excellent place to stay. You cannot go wrong with choosing this home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and a short bike ride to the water.
The backyard space and pool was excellent and peaceful.
We appreciated the extra security features in place, as well. RealJoy was excellent at communication for anything we needed to ask. You will enjoy staying there when visiting Walton County and its surrounding areas.

This was the perfect house for a quick beach getaway that my wife, our 4 kids, and I very much needed. The pool was amazing, the living room was comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was exactly as it was described. The hosts were incredibly communicative and kind in our interactions. We will be looking to stay again soon!

We had the best time at Claddagh Cottage! Our immediate family of 5 went to Destin to celebrate a graduation and invited my parents, whom are both in their seventies! The home was spacious, spotless, and perfect for all of our needs! The pictures did not do the home justice in my opinion! Julia, Mariah, and Jessica were amazing at answering any questions, guiding us and/or assisting us when it came to anything we needed (sending detailed check-in instructions, turning the heat on for the pool, check out instructions). They communicated promptly and courteously! The home was in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, state parks, and shops. We rode the bikes to the local donut shop, 3 min away. Everything was thought out! The street was quiet and beyond safe. We felt like we were on an island get away. Thank you for providing such a peaceful vacation for our family and allowing us to celebrate a joyous occasion together without any worries or concerns! We will be back soon!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home!! It was so fresh, clean and bright. It also had so much to offer -- from extra blankets, kitchen gadgets, bikes and more beach gear you could ever ask for! The highlight of this property is just right out back -- the pool! Words honestly cannot describe how wonderful it truly is. The huge patio is surrounded by trees and such natural beauty. It truly is the most peaceful oasis to enjoy coffee in the morning or some fun pool time at night. If you want to explore the area, the team from Real Joy Vacations are absolute gems and so helpful! The home is located not only just a short drive to the nearest public beach access but also to the charming shopping area of Gulfplace (15min bike ride). So, they have so much to offer in the area. If this home is available on your dates, grab it! This slice of heaven is one in a million.

We stayed for Spring Break. Family of 5. It was perfect for what we were looking for. A short drive, or bike ride, to the beach. The pool was awesome. Real Joy was very quick to respond to every question/concern we had. The house was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend for a peaceful, sunny get away. This place is even better than the photos! The property was spotless and very comfortable! I would recommend bringing extra dish soap, dishwasher pods, and paper towels as you only get a "starter pack." The rental company was easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. We only ran into one issue with the heating malfunctioning in the pool. However, they were able to get someone out to repair this and we were refunded for the time we went without pool heat. This was no one's fault and we were pleased with how the issue was handled! We would absolutely stay here again!
