The Blue Lagoon

We stayed at this property for a girls' trip and it was perfect. The condo was nice and met our expectations. The location great. Close walk to restaurants and beach. The pool was cool and had a grille/bar. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect location to explore 30A. The unit itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would have been able to comfortably fit a couple more people (we had 6) with the multitude of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and deck were also very spacious. The pool for this community was 10/10- huge, gorgeous, lots of balls and floaties to play with. We loved spending the day at the pool. The beach access was also super close, easy, and beautiful. The unit wasn't very well stocked. For the three bathrooms, there was only one small roll of toilet paper in each one. We had to go out to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.

This listing was very nice and as advertised. What you see in the description/pictures is what you’ll get. The immediate area around the condo was picturesque and safe compared to the surrounding areas which I appreciated. I would recommend though if you’re planning to go to the beach during your stay that you look into booking the beach chair/umbrella sets they have for rent. The beach is private but it’s a small section dominated with rows of rental chairs and umbrellas. They are set up from one side of the property to the other in rows even when empty. You can set up your own personal beach equipment however there is a sign saying it cannot be placed in-front of or beside the rentals. So you are only left with about a foot or two of space behind the rentals to set up and when there are others doing that as well the space gets cramped.

Such a great location! Beautiful pool which you can see right from the balcony and the private beach was right across the street. You can easily walk to Alys Beach, 30A, or Rosemary Beach to eat or shop. Our best vacation yet!

Beutiful apartment, and I loved the pool and the view . Short distance to the beach, would definitely stay there again. The Magiority of staff was very nice and helpful, but we had unpleasant experience with maintenance guy . He was rude and locked the gate before 9:45 , and the pool was open till 9:45. When asked if he could open the gate, he replied we can jump it.

The cleaning staff should not be taking the no perishable food! We had absolutely no salt, pepper, spices of any kind. I have stayed at a couple of dozen beach rentals over my lifetime and there were always condiments & spices.

We had a great time staying at the blue lagoon. The pool was perfect, the walk to the beach, shopping and dining was short and easy. We used bikes to get around and also utilized the nature trails a lot. Highly recommend!

The only negative was the lack of toiletries left for us. I've never stayed somewhere where they only left super minimal toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner in a place this size.

The property was well maintained, a perfect location with private beach access and good proximity to tons of shops and restaurants. The entire complex was clean and security was present all day and night. This unit was conviently located near the front and has a great view of the large lagoon pool. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first vaca with our first grandchild. It could not have been more perfect. The space, the resort, the local shops. We absolutely loved our stay. Our only complaint would be that if you want beach space definitely reserve chairs, or get down super early. The stretch of sand is extremely small for the amount of people, and we were not there during high volume guests. But, we will definitely be back!

We loved this condo. We have stayed in several houses around this property, but you really can’t beat the convenience of being this close to the pool and the beach. The unit was immaculately clean. Very spacious, with an extremely spacious master suite. If you’re planning on cooking while you’re there, I would say they are missing a few items in the kitchen (e.g. measuring spoons, etc.).

This unit is a very nice unit ! It is well laid out , with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pools on site are Amazing ! But the beach allocation is too small for the number of people that could occupy it from the Seacrest complex. Also too many rules concerning the beach .

I've stayed in many different units throughout Seacrest and this one was by far my favorite. This condo was clean, spacious, and perfectly-situated within the Seacrest community with access to all of the great amenities said community has to offer. The gathering spaces inside the unit are perfect for preparing/eating meals at home, entertaining friends, and relaxing in the evenings. The balcony is large and well-suited for enjoying the lovely views of the Lagoon Pool. Each bathroom and bedroom are great in their own way, and the overall layout of the unit is conducive to privacy, even when staying with several other people.

We absolutely loved this condo! This was my families first time to Florida and we were so impressed with 30A! This condo is truly the perfect location to Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys beaches! It was really nice to be able to spend some days at the pool too! We definitely plan to return and hopefully stay at this condo again!

The condo is very comfortable, sparkling clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. The location is super convenient for access to the beach and the pool. The pool is amazing and the view from the balcony is spectacular.
The only thing to be aware of is the bed in the master bedroom. It is ridiculously high and makes it very difficult to climb into it and get out of it. You literally have to jump off. It is especially difficult and almost dangerous for an elderly person. But the mattress itself is comfortable.
We loved staying at the condo and would definitely recommend it.
