The Atticus is a spacious 3028sqft, 4 bedroom 4 bath home in Rosemary Beach, just off Hwy 30A. A short walk from beach access and 2 blocks from N. Barrett Square, this stunning home offers a bright, open floor plan with gorgeous furnishings, high ceilings, a commercial-grade chef’s kitchen, and even a private office. With 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and a twin bunk nook, this luxurious beach home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Spend all of your vacation days in the sun and sugar sand beaches and know this home will be waiting for you to unwind at your return. With the beautiful beach being a short walk away, there will be nothing stopping you from spending your vacation days in the cool gulf water and soaking in the sun. Guests staying in Rosemary Beach will enjoy access to all four pools, located strategically in each of the four quadrants of town, more details below. Access to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and Fitness Center is available for an additional onsite fee. Beach chair service is available for rent year-round on a first come/first serve basis. Other perks include 2.3 miles of boardwalk and trails that wind through the town with 19 pocket parks and green spaces. Several include playgrounds, on the northwest corner at West Kingston, you will find the butterfly garden and koi pond.
Coquina Pool: Near the beach, it's an infinity edge pool presided over by triangular stucco building which includes men's and women's changing rooms. Open daily from 9am to 9pm.
Sky Pool: Indoor pool with a retractable roof. The pool deck features radiant heating for the winter months and three swim lanes. Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Adult only hours are 6am-9am and 8pm-10pm.
Barbados Pool: Outdoor Pool immediately recognizable by its copper roof and fountain, located on the south west section of Rosemary Beach and features a small children's pool. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Just missing one necessity
The communication, the cleanliness, the accuracy of the listing, the location…all made 81 Atticus (almost) perfect! Only miss was enough toilet paper to match up for a weeks stay. For a place that can house up to 10 and has 4 bathrooms, it is definitely a necessity that should be available for replenishment as needed. Otherwise, perfection!! Our airbnb visit was 5 starts all the way. The property was nice and spacious and in the middle of town, so everything was walkable. Loved the porches and the cleanliness. We had to call management twice (once I locked myself out and once there were some wasps to be sprayed) and both times they were extremely responsive and wonderful. This house was in the perfect spot. Very close to gym, coffee shop, restaurants, boutiques, pool and a little playground, but just far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with too much traffic or noise. They had two blow dryers, tons of towels, all the dishes you would need. We loved sitting on the front porch every morning and evening. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this spot. Only issue was the access code not working for beach chair reservations, but management company was able to resolve and was super friendly. I would recommend checking the code and getting your reservation in right away just to make sure you don’t get stuck waiting on a new code.- Reviewed On: 4/19/2024

The rental property was great. Location was fantastic for us, a minute bike ride to tennis courts and town center and a few minute bike ride or walk to beach! There were a few maintenance issues but the management company was responsive and quickly addressed the issues to our satisfaction. Really enjoyed staying in this home. I've been to 30a several times and love staying in the heart of Rosemary beach. Some of the things we appreciated about staying here was that it was within a walking distance to the beach, all the restaurants and shops of Rosemary, as well as the fitness center. Great. Perfect location, super house. Would absolutely love to stay there again. Had our large family there the week after Christmas. Bottom level is great for eating, watching tv, playing games. A little slice of Heaven!
After seeing the pictures online, we were excited to have our work retreat and girl-time in the Atticus. The moment we walked (ran) into the house, we knew it was going to be perfect! The attention to detail, the welcome home atmosphere, and that amazing kitchen made for a wonderful three days of work and play. It was obvious that much love went into making a place for others to make memories, and THAT we did!! Comfort and relaxation were had by all from the couches to the beds to the bathrooms and did I mention that amazing kitchen?? Gorgeous place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home felt brand new, and we liked that the decor was modern and minimalist, yet comfortable. Perfect for a Family Gathering

Beautiful home - it is a perfect rental property
We loved this house and we have rented in RB for over 10 years. It is a great rental house. Very clean lines and no clutter. I wish there had been two king beds, but that would be my only complaint. The kitchen is VERY well stocked and the living area is wide open and comfortable.- Reviewed On: 1/6/2016

Thank you for your comments concerning our home as this is the first time it has been rented. We have purchased a new vacuum cleaner that does and excellent job picking up the grains of sand. We also have added two new upholstered chairs in the living room next to the two sofas facing the fireplace. Upstairs we added two more outdoor chairs on the back deck. Great new home in Rosemary Beach!
What an outstanding home! Beautiful yet simple decor, amazing kitchen, perfect floor plan. The master bath is gorgeous, love the storage space in the bedroom. The second guest room has a great bathroom as well, which would work perfectly for a second set of adults. The kids loved having the top floor to themselves. Lots of tv's in the house which gave everyone their space at night after long days playing on the beach. We will definitely rent this house again, and recommend it to others!- Reviewed On: 4/17/2015
