This house was absolutely beautiful and made our trip extra special while celebrating my moms birthday. Everything was spotless and cozy, and you could tell it was well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the fully stocked kitchen to the relaxing outdoor space. The best part was how close it was to the beach. We could walk there in just a few minutes which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day without having to drive or pack up the car. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful too, which added to the whole experience. We loved sitting outside in the evenings just listening to the sound of the waves in the distance. It truly felt like a home away from home and was the perfect spot to unwind and make memories together. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient beach getaway.

We had a great time. Great location, 4 minutes walk to the beach, short walk to stores and restaurants. Perfect beach, crystal clear water and soft sand, very clean too. We rented chairs and umbrella for $35 bucks, totally worth it.
Our host Kandace was very helpfull and responded fast to any questions we had.

Nice house in a great neighborhood. The end of the road is public beach access which made going to the beach for a walk really easy. Pool was great with a bathroom right off the pool, all tiled so that was nice for the kids to be able to go in and out. Main living area was big and open which was really nice. We had an issue with the TV mount and someone came to fix it immediately. The pool light was out and I let them know about it. When we came back to the house that night there were floating pool lights waiting for us on the outside table. So if you were to have an issues don’t even worry one second about it. Just let them know and they will take care of it so fast. That was amazing to not have to wait or be concerned about anything.

We had a great experience here. The listing was accurate and the host was great and responsive. When we arrived the washer was not working and they had someone out to look at it within the hour. We have young children and it was great on all fronts: the beach is walkable, the pool is convenient, and there is even a church playground nearby. The floors were dirty (as was the pool) when we arrived but was a minor inconvenience. Overall it was everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Everything was perfect for my friends and I! the walk was a short 2-3 min walk to the beach! Definitely need to wake up early to get a spot on the beach because there are ropes blocking off a small area, but other than that it was great! Would stay here again!

When we got there we were a bit nervous we had never rented a vacation home. It was first time in Florida also. The house was very clean we have no comments on that. We were not able to swim in the pool it was a bit cold when we were there. Every body loved the house the beach was in walking distance we were all impressed at how close it was. I will rent this home in the future. It had all we needed.

We had 3 families stay together at this house, and it worked out perfectly. The bunk room was great for our 4 young kids, and the pool was utilized every day! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and silverware necessary. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. It would be nice to have the same protective gate that is used on the front balcony stairs on the back stairs leading down to the pool. The walk to the beach was easy, and there is not a lot of traffic in the area. The home had plenty of linens and towels. We did have some issues with sand in sheets upon arrival and the dryer not working well - both of those issues were stated in another review I read too. I messaged the property manager about the dryer and someone came out the same day and it seemed to work better after that. The owners request that you set the AC to 78 degrees when you leave. We did not arrive until after 8:00 pm and it was uncomfortably hot in the house to have to walk up and down stairs bringing in suitcases. The only other complaint we had is that the public beach access space is very small given the amount of homes in the area. There are two large condominiums on either side of the public beach access and they rope off the beach in front of their properties so we had to get up early and set up a tent to get a good spot. Otherwise, the house worked really well for our needs and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Alexander House, and it is just like what the pictures show with some extra outdoor furniture and a bed where the man cave/bar area is located. The house is beautiful with plenty of space. It is super close to the beach but the public area is very small. You have to go super early to set up otherwise you will have no area to hang out. We ended up driving a few miles away to a different area and finding parking is a hit or miss. Other then that we really had a really good time during our stay. I messaged RealJoy a couple times to get clarifications on parking and when I arrived. I wasn't so sure if I needed to do anything extra to check in and they responded very quickly. I got a phone call from them wanting to make sure if there was anything they could do for us or if we were good, which I appreciated.
