So much room. A bedroom with a bathroom in each so that every couple had their privacy. The top floor was extraordinary. The bottom floor layout was perfect for socializing. Distance to the beach was quick and easy. The host company was so easy to work with. When they found out we were going to be celebrating an 80th birthday while there, they immediately offered to help in any way. We were able to check in 30 minutes early to get things ready first families arrival. The kitchen counters were not clean (sticky and something either sand or salt was on them), lightbulbs in the 3rd floor bedroom don’t match(really screw w ya if you have ocd). Would be great if coffee and filters could be provided. We had Walmart do a delivery of everything we needed, but at home we have a nespresso and the other couples have Keurig, so the coffee we purchased that was leftover, will be donated somewhere.

This is a great location for a family trip. It is 1.5 blocks from the public beach access though there is limited space for the public. It was great to have the pool. It was about 5 feet deep which was perfect for our stay. We had challenges getting the door code because you have to use the company’s portal to get the code. There was an AT&T outage which made using the WiFi and television a challenge. In both instances, the host was very responsive. I would definitely book them again.

This is the second Summer our friend group has stayed at this house. It’s such a great layout for a large group. We have 6 adults and 7 kids and between three families, so everybody has more than enough space. Close to things, but still a quiet enough low key part of town. We plan on booking again next year!

I came to this Airbnb having high expectations and those were met as soon as I came into the house because of the spacious rooms, kitchen, dining table, and living rooms throughout. Everything was clean and comfortable, easy to use, the pool was amazing and we had amazing balconies that came with every room. They had 4 bikes with easy to use locks which made the stay better for all of my 15 family members. The beach was very close and was very easy to get to. They had an arcade machine that was one of the kids main source of entertainment. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay and I recommend this to anyone with the amount of family members we had because of how good it is. I will definitely be coming back to this when looking for vacation in Destin. I appreciate the great Airbnb.

We loved our stay here! Excellent location, beautiful home and responsive hosts. Celebrating family birthday and the birthday girl was overjoyed with the home and amenities! The pool felt amazing and the beach was just a short walk away! It suited our family coming together from various stated perfectly! A word of caution regarding the back yard though, our little niece had an awful experience with burrs from sand spurs. Ouch! Poor baby was traumatized for a while but fortunately after removing them with tweezers and giving her some TLC she was back to enjoying the pool, fun, family and beach. Despite that incident, we had an overall amazing stay and have bookmarked this lovely place to return in the future!

We had a great time at this house! 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids. Great layout. Lots of places to lounge, and plenty of room. It’s hard to tell sometimes how walkable a house is to the beach, and this was a very quick/easy walk. Beach access is right across the road a few houses down from you. Could’ve used a few extra basics in the kitchen, like dish towels, surface spray, and oven mitts, but overall very happy! Kids loved the pool! Also, had a great location to grocery stores and shops. Will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Texabama Breeze home was perfect for our small family gathering from various states. Plenty of roomy bedrooms, each with their own clean & modern bathroom. Kitchen and dining areas were spacious...we never felt crowded. Several gathering areas so everyone had their own favorite spot on cushy chairs. Pool and patio were fabulous. Due to the cool night temps we opted for the optional pool heating so we were able to use the pool everyday without shivering! The four bikes were really handy for exploring the area and cruising the walking path all along the beach. So many great restaurants and activities close by....we didn't even get to scratch the surface of all the opportunities. So sad to leave. This was our first Destin beach rental that actually met and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this one!

This is the perfect house to accommodate multiple families. The large pool area and close proximity to the beach are unbeatable. We had some trouble with the pool heater but the property manager was very responsive and the issue was quickly fixed. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The house looked just as described. My family and I enjoy the house and the area. It's steps away from the beach.
Just a few things I noticed.
- Such as bags of trash on the ground on the side of the house. The trash was not picked up, prior to our stay which caused a lot of flies.
- One of the bikes had a flat tire. And the lock appears to look unlock but is secured.
- The pool was dirty.
- Found a t-shirt on the exterior railings
-The initial door code did not work.
- The dish washer has a smell.
- The grill was not cleaned.

Perfect location with a direct entrance to the beach. The house is beautiful, warm and inviting. Equipped with everything needed, including bicycles, pool toys and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the house so much we cooked or grilled in every night. The third floor suite is incredibly large with a luxurious bathroom, his and her’s vanities, a soaker tub and shower. The best rental possible. Can’t get any better for a family vacation. Hoping to return next year.

Incredible house within walking distance to the beach. Our young kiddos could make the walk with no issues. The beach was never overly crowded either. The house was more than enough space for 12 people and every room had its own bathroom, which is always a plus. The pool at the house was heated (for a fee). The heat stopped working for a day and a half and the company was quick to get someone out to fix the issue and refund our money for those days. Great communication from RealJoy Vacations at all times. There were tons of things to go and do, all just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with several different family room / sitting areas. The teen kids enjoyed the bunk room, our parents enjoyed the main floor suite with king bed and everyone enjoyed the pool! The beach is 2 minute walk and the house had most everything we needed. The management company was very responsive by text message with a few things we needed throughout the stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make wonderful meals. There were also tons of balconies to enjoy. We lived in the backyard and enjoyed the private pool often. The entire 3rd floor Master Suite is a luxurious sanctuary, second to none. And the Master Bath is a religious experience, about the size of Texas (as stated by another guest, lol!). We made wonderful family memories here that will last a lifetime!

We enjoyed our stay. Each family had their own bed and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped fire our large group. We enjoyed the pool and patio area and the beach was a convenient 3 minute walk. The decor was beachy. The furniture covers were a bit overused otherwise we found the house to be in good condition.

I rented this beautiful 6 bedroom home for the entire family, myself, husband, 3 daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 4 grandchildren, we had more than enough room. The 3rd floor master suite is truly luxury, the kids had a great time in the private pool and we enjoyed several bike rides to explore the neighborhood. The walk to the beach is just a skip and the beach can be seen well from the 3rd floor balcony. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. We all found the beds comfortable and loved private bathrooms for every bedroom. We called real joy about a coffee pot that wasn’t working and they delivered a new one within an hour. We really did not want to leave.

Loved our stay at this house! The location was perfect!! The kitchen was beautiful and the pool area was great. Loved having the outside shower to use after trips to the beach. We were disappointed to see that the house only had 3 king beds instead of the listed 4. We had 4 couples coming and counted on the 4th king bed. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Real Joy and VRBO websites state that there are three king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle, and a sofa sleeper in the living area on the 2nd floor. We had a wonderful stay. This was a first annual beach trip for 16 family members and my husbands 60th birthday. We had the best vacation and the house was fabulous. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house it was huge and had plenty of room for the 8 people that were staying! The pool is beautiful unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it because there were some issues with the heating system which wasn’t a big deal Hurricane sally has just come though a couple of days before so we were expecting a lot of things to go wrong but it was a just a few things and the management team took care of most of it right away and what they couldn’t fix they explained why and gave us our refund for the pool heating! This is definitely a five-star home The only criticism I have is that it did not have a golf cart with it the home it would have made it perfect!!

Our group loved this beach house! It slept 10 people comfortably. Every room has its own private bathroom. We loved cooling off in the pool after being at the beach all day. The only minor mishap was that the cable and internet went out on the last night that we were there. We would definitely rent again!

The house is absolutely amazing! It was my husband and children, both sets of grandparents, and aunt and uncle. There was a total of 5 adult couples plus a few younger kids. Everyone had their own privacy and was greatly appreciative of it! The kitchen was great to cook in, fully stocked and high-end appliances. The pool was well kept and the only time my kids got out was to eat or go to the beach! Having the bikes was a nice bonus. The kids and I went a ride at least once a day. I would definitely rent this house if going with a large group; it was perfect!

We loved this house-everything is nicely spaced, every room has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, televisions everywhere, decor was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach was close enough to walk. The bikes were GREAT. The neighborhood is really quiet but you are just 2 miles from many stores and restaurants. Only cons would be the pool was a little dark at night. There were porch lights that worked and there were extra flood lights but we couldn’t get them to turn on. Not a big deal but just noticed that the pool next door had more light. Also I didn’t really love the contract from RealJoy which had a no refund under any circumstances including travel bans. Read it before you sign.

PROS: This house was amazing! I love that every room has its own bathroom. No one has to fight over the bathroom. It was so roomy for and the third floor restroom was so beautiful!!! My family LOVED this house. It was spacious. So close to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again. CONS: I stayed on the first floor and the only thing I would say is that there was still sand residue on the bed from previous renters. I definitely had to wash everything myself just in case it wasn’t washed since I saw sand.Also, trying to reach the Property manager was a bit hard. Some days I would be on the phone for two hours just to get an answer. I would try to send messages thru homeaway app but I never had a reply. Overall, I would still rent this place out in the near future. The home is amazing!
