Welcome to Sweet Magnolia, a peaceful and updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat located in the tranquil Golf Villas at Seascape Resort! This charming condo now sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a king bed in the master suite and a queen size Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. The spacious living area offers vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and beautiful wood-look tile flooring throughout. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops and a cozy breakfast bar. Step outside to the large covered balcony, where you can unwind with your morning coffee or relax in the evening breeze.

If you're coming for Moon Crush, this condo is ideally located within Seascape Resort and just a 5-minute walk from the concert venue — no need to deal with long elevator lines or crowded high-rises. While others wait, you’re already back home relaxing.

For added convenience, Sweet Magnolia includes a washer/dryer in the condo. Guests will also love having one of the community pools and grilling areas just across the courtyard, about 50 yards away. Spend the day soaking up the sun along Seascape’s 2,000 feet of beach access, located steps away from the condo. Enjoy live music at nearby Calypso Café, explore Seascape Towne Center right across the golf course, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. Whether you’re planning a couples getaway, a concert weekend, or a small family vacation, Sweet Magnolia is the perfect place to make lasting beach memories!

The Golf Villas at Seascape Resort is the perfect family getaway! These villas are situated in a charming, quiet community with several tennis courts and close to two of the resort pools. You can also find new pickleball courts at the Triangle Village! The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site 18 hole golf course, tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across Scenic Gulf Drive!

Check out the NEW Seascape Towne Center located within Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this 55,000 sqft lakeside development is designed for the whole family. Guests can enjoy local dining, nightlife, live music, relaxing resort vibes, an events plaza, arcade, laser tag, and an outdoor adventure park with a ropes course. Dining options located in or directly around Seascape Resort include Whale’s Tail Beach Bar & Grill, Cabana Café, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Royal Palm Grille, Buffalo Jack’s Legendary Wings & Pizza, Aegean Greek Restaurant, Sandlot Sports Bar, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and 2 Birds Coffee + Café. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access by Pompano Joe's, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
