The master suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite bath. This unit sleeps 2 guests, making this is the ideal spot for a couples retreat! For added convenience, there is an efficiency-sized washer/dryer in the condo, as well as a full-size coin-operated laundry available downstairs from the unit. You will find one of the community pools and a few grills just across the courtyard, about 50 yards away. Soak up the sun with Seascape’s 2000ft of beach access about 750 yards away, enjoy live music at nearby Calypso Cafe, or take a stroll to the Seascape Towne Center right across the golf course! The Golf Villas at Seascape Resort is the perfect family getaway! These villas are situated in a charming, quiet community with several tennis courts and close to two of the resort pools. You can also find new pickleball courts at the Triangle Village! The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site 18 hole golf course, tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across Scenic Gulf Drive!

Check out the NEW Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000 sqft lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Some of the area’s must try eateries include; the Donut Hole, Bud and Alley’s Pizza Bar, Stinky’s Fish Camp, and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. In town for a romantic getaway? Stop by the Caliza, Vin’Tij, or La Crema for some live music, beautiful gulf views and first-class service.

Shopping options? Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Clean and ample space!

My partner and I enjoyed our mini vacay here. The beach was a short walk away. If you mind the walk I would recommend parking in the community beach parking. The unit was clean, smelled good upon entry. Everything was up to par. Thank you to the host.

Sweet Magnolia condo at Miramar Beach FL

The place was nice and clean! Smelled great! Pillows were a little stiff and not being able to turn the air down past 70 had us sleeping hot, other than that the restaurants close by were great and the pool areas were nice. Super informative on how to get in and out of the resort and how to access the pools. The shower was nice as well and so was the bidet!

First time in Destin

This was a great place to stay for a quick couples get away. Everything worked great. The bed is very comfortable. There were chairs and beach items in the outside box located on the deck. Very close to the beach, and the resort offers parking which is right by the beach entry. If you have kids you can make it work, there is a fold old bed that can be used.
If we have the chance, we will be back for another stay!

Weekend getaway

This is a beautiful condo and we had everything we needed there. There were some dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived so I just added the ones we used. I put a capsule in and tried to start it, but I’m not sure it worked.
