The 2nd floor living room is professionally decorated and features a large flat screen TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows, a private balcony, and patio furniture for your enjoyment. You will find granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and top of the line furnishings throughout this home. A short 3 block stroll puts you right in the warm, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach Cart provided for added convenience! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood floors and granite countertops. All bedrooms are ample size with TV/DVD players. Enjoy the pool view from the balcony.

Sweet Life also has a full sized laundry room with a washer and dryer and a beach cart for added convenience. This house is located ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE POOL! Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking.

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Asked for extra towels and received them right away. They are really quick on getting back to you no matter what time you message them. The house is so beautiful just like the pictures and really clean. The pool was really clean and nice. This place is spot on! Great location, just a short walk to the beach! The condo was very nice and easy to access.
Our only concern was the main door which was really hard to shut/lock. Also, it would have been very convenient to use the golf cart that was in the garage but was not allowed (even if it’s optional with additional charge).
The instructions were very clear for check-in/check-out, and the description was very accurate. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Destin area.- Reviewed On: 1/2/2023

Beautifully decorated townhome located right across from the pool and just a short walk from the beach. The house is fully stocked with all you need to entertain if you want to stay in and cook. The balcony deck is a great place to have morning coffee or cocktails when the sun goes down. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.- Reviewed On: 6/19/2022
