The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, guest bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, and guest bedroom 2 features two twin bunk beds, providing plenty of space for up to 10 guests. You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was incredible. 2 blocks back from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and venues. I’ll be coming back. He house felt like home, it was cozy and spacious for my family. Our stay was amazing. The house and space worked out great for our group. We had two littles (6&3) so tried keeping the all of the nautical themed “pretties” out of touch because they thought they were toys. Loved the privacy of the pool. Ten minute walk to the beach. Loved the osprey nest on the tower behind the house. We saw them flying and I believe feeding babies daily. Such a quick and immediate response when we posed any questions. Greatly appreciated. House was great. Clean and big enough for a family of 10 with a big yard and lots of parking. 7 min walk to the beach, so we didn't have to find parking at the beach. House had a nice outdoor area with a grill. The pool area was nice and had everything we needed. Rooms were big and the kitchen area was big. I would recommend this house!!!- Reviewed On: 7/6/2025
