Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of many different restaurants. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a children’s pool, two whirlpools, as well as pool side showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers! Sport fishing is just minutes down the street at the Destin Harbor with some of the best fishing around. You will find Surfside has everything you could want in a resort to make your vacation memorable!

Surfside Resort is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and were in Miramar Beach for a 3 day concert festival.

We loved the location of Surfside, the pool and hot tub area, the onsite restaurant, and had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony! Our beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean when we arrived. We had a short walk to the concert venue (Topeka) we were attending, and the beach bar across the walkway was a bonus! The staff was also super friendly. We would absolutely stay here again! The shower/tub to the second bedroom didn't drain well. Some of the pots and pans were in need of replacement. Overall, there were not many things we didn't like. It would have been nice to have a breakfast option or coffee shop on site.

Over all very nice. Quiet, no one bothered us. We had a great time.

We loved the view, came equipped with utensils and pots and pans. Security guard was so helpful to me we got in late and she showed me to my room. No one bothered us. Everyone was super friendly. Access to the beach they need a ramp way too many stairs to get your beach things up and down. Theres 2 ways to get to the beach and SO MANY stairs. They were doing construction out by the pool so you had to walk around the building to get to the pool (up a lot of stairs)Pool closes at 10 wish it was open a little later.

Beautiful trip! We had no issues during our stay. The condo is a bit dated but everything was clean and the pictures are accurate. It was quiet and clean, both bedrooms have ocean views.

The group is already thinking about next year because we had such a great time!

The balcony view was the best! We were within walking distance of food, shops, the beach, and a great restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Hmmm. I can’t think of anything. We had a couple of glitches, but everything got sorted out.

Surfside is our favorite vacation spot!

We’ve stayed at Surfside every couple of years since 1993. We love the location and the view! The beach is always so beautiful here! The maintenance staff was very responsive and professional!

Great location and amenities. The condo has everything we needed. Only minor complain I have it the water. It was either very hot or very cold and the bathroom door to the master bedroom sticks to the floor when open and close. Other than that, I would definitely come back.
