Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of many different restaurants and Bars. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a children’s pool, two whirlpools, as well as poolside showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this is a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers! Sport fishing is just minutes down the street at the Destin Harbor with some of the best fishing around. You will find Surfside has everything you could want in a resort to make your vacation memorable!

Surfside Resort is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Fantastic location! Our only complaint is that the condo was a little too cluttered with decor and fake plants. We had to move pillows off the couch to sit down, and fake plants off the table to eat. Also, this was the first place we stayed at that didn't have basic spices on hand to cook with...no salt, pepper, garlic, etc. Usually those are supplied. The decor was outdated, but that is not important

Absolutely wonderful experience with this condo property management team! From the moment we arrived in Destin, FL, everything was seamless and stress-free. The condo was gorgeous—spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal, just steps away from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops.
Kandace, Jasmine, Sam, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations for local activities. Wonderful

It is a very nice place to stay. We had plenty of room and the furnishings were comfortable and inviting. Great view of the beach and pool areas. Close to the elevator, which is great because two of the people in our party have mobility issues. Required to run the dishwasher, however there wasn't a pod of dishwasher detergent. Had to wash and dry dishes by hand. Which isn't a problem. Had just planned on leaving a little earlier than we were able to due to the dishes.

We had a great time. Condo was very clean. Nice selection of kitchen items to be able to prepare food. Very convenient to the Beach. Only suggestion would be to supply beach towels so that persons flying wouldn’t have to add that to their luggage. But, doesn’t change from five stars. We will definitely be back!!

We loved the condo, location, and beach. The pool was heated and the hot tubs were amazing. We had two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for us for all of our beach days. There is a really nice walking/bath path that we walked every evening. The outlet stores were right down the road. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. These are not included. Also, if you plan to watch movies bring your own Roku stick. There are no smart tvs.

We enjoyed our stay. The balcony was nice with little kids. There is clear glass instead of individual rails so they can’t stick their hands and feet out and made it much safer for them to run around. It has a fully stocked kitchen and lots of books to read.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Miramar beach. The apartment had everything our family needed to cook food and it was very clean. Our daughter suffers from mold allergies and we are happy and thankful to say we didn't have any reactions in this place. Beds were comfortable, the beach view was amazing and the walk to the beach was a breeze. We loved the convenience of the umbrella and beach chairs service everyday! We would definitely recommend this place and come back.

Great place to stay, we really enjoyed staying here. The pool hours were great and we loved that there was a walk away to the beach without having to worry about traffic. Only suggestion is to have security readily available or someone monitoring the pool hourly as there were two different evenings when two different people were playing loud music and were causing a disturbance but it wasn’t the owners fault
