Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of different restaurants. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a childrenâs pool, two whirlpools, as well as pool side showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers! Sport fishing is just minutes down the street at the Destin Harbor with some of the best fishing around. You will find Surfside has everything you could want in a resort to make your vacation memorable!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton Countyâs first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevardâs Town Center â the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Real joy was timely in their responses and very pleasant. We brought our own condiments for cooking but every kitchen item needed during our stay was available. Location was in perfect proximity to the beach. The heated pool, pickleball courts and hot tub perfected our mid-April hang time! Plentiful towels, comfy beds, relaxing recliners, ample sleep space and perfect room temperatures for our party of 6 made the trip even more accommodating. Recommended beaches are: Miramar, Osteen, Henderson Park and Crab Island! For an exceptional adventure, we rented a 3 hour charter from Cory at Adrift Adventures in Destin where we had picture perfect views of dolphins swimming near our boat, awesome snorkeling time near the jetties, and a worthwhile time at Crab Islandâhow can you go wrong with a Chick-fil-a vendor delivering warm chicken sandwiches to your boat? Hot tubs and warm pool were great temperatures and very clean. Facility was very clean other than a few details in a room. The ocean walk and beach and staff at the beach were amazing.
