Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of different restaurants. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a children’s pool, two whirlpools, as well as poolside showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this is a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers! Sport fishing is just minutes down the street at the Destin Harbor with some of the best fishing around. You will find Surfside has everything you could want in a resort to make your vacation memorable!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. Beach was amazing, parking was easy, we had plenty of room for 5 of us. Kandace and Chandler responded to our questions quickly and were very helpful and informative. The restaurant at Surfside had great food and drinks. The hospitality was top notch. The front desk was helpful and nice. Great time overall, we will be back for sure!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I loved that the condo was exactly how the pics and descriptions were. The beds were very comfortable! It was extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The resort alone was nice and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant several times for lunch and dinner and the food was great. I definitely will book the same condo in the future! We fell in love with Mirmar and Destin area!

Everything was great. We did fly in from out of town so we had to wait quite some
Time to get into the place. Nowhere to put luggage. We were grateful to have a rental car. But because it was packed with people and luggage we couldn’t do any other errands until we emptied out the car. We almost took a shuttle which I’m glad we didn’t. Because the shuttle would have left us with our bags and we would have had hours before check in. So that is something to definitely consider when staying here from an early flight. You can’t use the amenities without being checked in. Luckily we went to the beach anyway and they seemed to not mind that we didn’t have our wrist bands yet. Overall everything was really nice inside. We had a perfect space! We also had a celebrated my 40th birthday. There was a cute 40th birthday balloon set up with a bottle of champagne that we appreciated so much! Very clean inside! Beds were comfortable . Each room had its own thermostat so we were all comfortable!

Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing everything they said it was gonna be plus some. The views you know we're beautiful. Everything was close.The unit was extremely clean and very large tons of space for me and my family. The host was very responsive and very polite. Also not overwhelming. We checked in and out with ease. We will definitely be coming back.

Our Emerald Dreams condo by RealJoy was just as beautiful as in the pictures. The view was great - we loved sitting on the balcony in both the morning and evening - it was very peaceful. There were 7 of us, having the extra space was essential. We were surprised to find movies and games included. The bedrooms were spacious as well, and each room had access to the balcony with their own patio door. Loved it. We did have one issue with the air conditioner, but I contacted RealJoy and they took care of it right away. Would highly recommend this condo in this beautiful area I hope to come back to again. Great for families and/or friends.

location is great, the walkway to beach at first you might think its not much but its definitely plus, people at front desk are kind, host is very responsive before during after checkout
the place is as pictured
the three bedroom + three bathroom with showers + livingroom area and kitchen was more than enough space to accommodate 5 adults and 2 kids. and also has balcony thats fairly decent size
everyone definitely agreed when we come back to miramar beach, we would want to book this place again.
the starter pack amenities were enough for 2 night stays and although it says there arent hair dryers, there were 2 working ones so thats definitely a plus
