Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of many different restaurants and Bars. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a childrenâs pool, two whirlpools, as well as poolside showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut open during the season, this is a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and a fitness center. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. The center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club for the high-end shopper. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was clean and exactly as described. The condo isnât new but is nice and suited our needs to a tee. The view from the balcony and extras like the beach service were great! We had a great stay for our family vacation at Surfside Resort. Plenty to do surrounding the condo. Beach is across the road but the skyway walk was great to help avoid traffic. Easy access, in low traffic times, just walking across the road as you normally would. Condo was clean and nice. Loved the 15th floor, it had a GREAT VIEW of the Gulf. The condo was bigger than it looked in the photos. Great big balcony. The view was beautiful. Very quick walk to the beach with private entrance and beach chair service was available every day. We were provided with plenty of towels and linens. This condo is on the 15th floor, so we did have to wait a while for the elevator any time we were coming or going, but thatâs just part of being in a large building during peak season. Our family of 4 had a great stay in this space with a beautiful view. The balcony was large and we used the table out there often. All the sliding doors and plenty of windows allowed tons of natural lighting and the view from all rooms. Our only complaint was of the noise level from the outside. Mornings were noisy with construction trucks beeping or the road once traffic picked up but it didn't drown out the sound of the ocean waves. The views from this condo are incredible! A peaceful deck overlooking the Gulf, coast and pool deck. Nice morning sun and afternoon shade. The space was really nice. We also enjoyed the amenities (pickleball, hottub and pool). One thing we didn't like was that we needed to bring our own beach towels, shower soap and shampoo as well as toilet paper. When traveling on a plane we can't bring all of those items and then we have to go buy them and leave all the extras at the place. The condo is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous view from the living room, bedrooms, and balcony. Fresh linens and bedding. Clean and neat. Washer & dryer are a plus. Kitchen is slightly lacking in terms of knives and other utensils but totally workable. Has both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo was great clean, easy to find. Close to everything. The host was very responsive. I came late in the evening a day before my sister and there was a maintenance employee who helped me with my bags. I was entering the door code number incorrectly and had to call for help, they service member stayed on the phone with me until I was able to get inside. The balcony door wouldnât unlock and we called for service. Someone came right out and unlocked them, and called us to make sure we were able to enjoy the balcony. The breed were very comfortable.
The only complaint is that there was a very smelly pillow on the master bedroom bed. I removed it to the closet.- Reviewed On: 3/4/2024

Loved staying here. We had a beautiful view and it was very centrally located to shopping/restaurants. The bridge that goes directly into the beach bar and down to the beach is something we really enjoyed. Beach service is included if you stay at Surfside and we used it everyday. Exactly as described in the pictures. Clean, had everything you needed, absolutely beautiful view and walking distance to the beach. Very responsive hosts to boot! Everything was exactly as described. Great location. The beach was very clean and clear water. The doors to the balcony were hard to open and close, especially the one from the kitchen, it was almost like it was off track. But other than that everything was perfect.- Reviewed On: 9/11/2023

Our family enjoyed our stay at this place it was hard to leave. Made us feel like home we love how both rooms has a great view for the beach and ocean parking beach umbrella and private beach. The place was clean and had enough towels. Definitely come back again.- Reviewed On: 9/1/2023

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 15th and seeing the view of the beach was great. Also have a great view of the sunrise when I had the chance to get up early enough. Lol
