This place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Destin. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved sitting out on the balcony and looking out at the ocean. The beach was right across the street from the building which was very convenient. We really appreciated the two chairs and umbrella that was included in our rental price. We also loved the location. It was near lots of shopping and good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The condo was exactly what we hoped for! It was so clean and the perfect layout for our family! The pictures were exactly as is. We loved that it had 2 chairs and umbrella already rented. And chairs in the closet as well! We brought our own pickleball items and the courts were amazing! The fireworks show in Destin on Thursday night was clearly seen from the condo. Being right near the elevator was great and minimal to no noise most nights. We loved that it had easy access to the trash chute. Justin, down at the beach, was so accommodating all week! The owners have thought through it well; from the renovations, amenities in the condo, and feeling right at home! We will be recommending this condo to all friends and family and returning as well. We love Destin and this location makes it easy to get to restaurants, shopping and surrounding areas. We did not get a chance to try the Royal Palm Grille restaurant but the menu looked great! Parking garage was also a great perk! Thank you!!!

Just what me and my family was looking for on our weekend stay. The place was on point just what the pictures and description gave. Access to the beach was convenient plus it includes 2 beach chairs!!! Not a far drive to local restaurants and stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. Host quickly responded & fixed a minor issue we had. We have already told family about this place, and we plan on returning to 1406 soon.

Great freshly remodeled condo. Wonderful evening sunset. Easy walk to the beach. Took our family with young kids and they spent most of their time at the pool and beach. Nice Beach bar and condo restaurant. A few others within a brief walk. Plenty more a short drive away.

It was a very nice place. The 14th floor was a little too high for me, but it had beautiful views, we stayed in room 1406! We did have a little trouble locating the condo at first, but it wasn't real bad. The room itself was very nice the beds were comfortable plenty of room. It was very nice condo and besides the pool and hot tub area, I would definitely recommend this room.

Our stay in Miramar Beach was great - RealJoy was extremely helpful in getting checked in and sorted with beach access among other logistics. The condo was well maintained and cleaned spotless before our arrival. The complimentary beach chairs located through the private access beach entrance were also a great perk for beach days.

This is our 8th out of 9th time staying in 1406 with Harmony. Love working with them as the customer service never fails us. The condo is updated and suits our needs just fine. We will most definitely be coming back but most likely now only in May.

The unit was extremely clean, well located and offered a great view of the beach. The elevator traffic can get a bit congested but that’s expected at any large condo facility in peak season. Having visited Destin for many years with my family I’d rank this unit at the top. It offered 2 chairs on the beach which was a huge plus as well.

Excellent location, service, amenities and more! Very very clean condo. Beautiful views. Peaceful and no disturbances. Super convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We decided to extend our stay an extra day we loved it so much. Easy to check in and out. Easy check out instructions. We will definitely come back to this unit! My family and I were extremely happy with this condo. In fact, we loved it so much that we decided to rent it the second time. Fabulous location on Gulf Coast in Miramar Beach. Steps to sugar-white sand beach that goes on for miles. Large balcony overlooking great views of swimming pools, dunes, beach, and gulf waters. Building very clean and extremely friendly people. Very convenient to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It has everything you need for a week or month.

This unit was just as described. We were a bit nervous since it was on the 14th floor but the view was incredible and so worth any wait time at the elevators. The wait time for us was always minimal and no more than I would have expected. Unit was clean and had a lot of extras. I would recommend more kitchen towels but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we will absolutely stay again!

Surfside 1406 is an amazing condo. We loved the easy beach access and spectacular ocean view from the balcony. OMG the beach is gorgeous and you get two FREE chairs with rental. All the furniture was updated and cozy. Quite a few restaurants were within walking distance and Winn Dixie is just half mile down the road. The Surfside also has it's own on site restaurant Royal Palm that has great sushi and burgers. The owners keep everything you need for a weeks stay. The kitchen had every utensil you can imagine and the closet had extra chairs, surfboards, and beach toys. We are definitely renting out this condo for next year!

. vacation. Was fabulous due to this location. The owner goes above and beyond supplying anything a person would need. The balcony was beyond our expectation with furniture and gorgeous view. Everything was so clean and in good shape. So glad to have a washer and dryer. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and guests quite pleasant. We liked the exercise facilities and pool, hot tubs. It had new living room furniture and linens galore. I would certainly recommend this to friends and would like to go there again. For elderly people in November it would be convenient to have rental beach furniture so you don’t have to carry it over when weather is so nice like it was for us. This was a super nice vacation and the condo was excellent!!!

Second time staying in 1406. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy as was check out. Condo was clean. My wife did say that we couldn’t run dishwasher as there was no dishwasher cleaning pod. Might be good idea to leave one for guests checking out.
