We had a great stay. The first week in May was a perfect time to visit. Beach and pool were never crowded and the weather was great. Location to beach was amazing. I walked there without even putting shoes on half the time. The size of the balcony is awesome and you could watch the sunrise from it. The master bedroom is a great size with a huge walk in closet. Guest room is kind of cramped (which we could tell from the photos) but not an issue with two 7 year olds. It would have been nice if the resort could have noted somewhere that there was a fire ban. We had looked forward to the campfire by the beach and were surprised to find a fire pit full of red tinsel and Christmas lights. Definitely not their fault, but a heads up would have been cool. We had a couple minor issues with our condo but nothing that would hinder us from staying in the same unit again.

Beautiful views and amazing amenities. We had a super early flight , and they were able to get us in for an early check in and accommodate a late check out as well! We have a 9 month old, so the relief we felt when they were so accommodating!! It was super nice that the beach access was just for our condo , and we could just walk across to the beach!! A lot of other places don’t offer the same amenities this one does! It does get hot in there, but that’s my only “complaint” but they provide fans & we left extra fans there as well ;) and when we let them know it was a little on the hotter side, they were gonna bring us more fans so they really do want to make your stay 10/10!!

Great location right across from the beach. The elevators were the biggest complaint for us but other than that the place was clean for the most part…two of the sheets looked like there were stains on them so we washed them in the washer and dryer (which is in the condo so super convenient). Realjoy was easy to get ahold of and responded right away with any questions we had while there. All in all the place was nice and would stay again! The view from the balcony is to die for.

Beautiful view, there just two of us one n one master bedroom and one in the other bedroom where the bed took up the entire room. The was plastic container with three drawers in the closet and no where to put your luggage. The unit is very outdated. Too much furniture in a very small place. It’s not ideal for a family with little children, alot of mirrors, glass end tables and glass over the coffee table. If someone is sleeping on the If someone sleeps on the sleep sofa there is no room to open it and no place for the your clothes or luggage. The unit was EXTREMELY CLEAN and the beds were comfortable. It served its purpose for myself and 21 yr old daughter. The communication with Real Joy was top notch.

Great place to stay ! Beds were comfortable (master was more on the soft side spare was more firm). Regular coffee pot and keurig in the kitchen. Box fans in the closet if needed (enjoy the noise while I sleep). Comfortable living room furniture and plenty of table seating. Great views of the beach and limited wind on balcony. Pool deck was lovely with plenty of seating and the restaurant and amenities downstairs were a huge perk.

When we arrived we were really confused where to check in as there are so many different buildings and we asked some people there and that’s how we figured it out finally because we called the number given but they didn’t really know how to help and instructions weren’t clear where to park etc.our room wasn’t ready at check in time but the team did a great job of getting it cleaned and were wonderful hosts.The beach was really busy with spring break and the holiday but we absolutely we absolutely loved all the pools available and the beach water was so clear we could see fish swimming around.we really would’ve loved to stay another day as there is plenty to do in the area if you decide to visit make sure you have enough days to enjoy everything we took in the dolphin cruise and enjoyed that.But all in all it’s a really nice place to visit with great hosts so thanks for accommodating us all so well!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days and loved it. The beach is beautiful. The sand looks like sugar. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The view of the beach is wonderful. Waking up and seeing the sea from your bed is really nice.

The space was extremely clean, but I think it’s time to change the towels, the blankets, and comforters, these items were pretty dated and some were stained. New linens are highly recommended. The place was very clean. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful when I had difficulty getting into the unit. Great views, people that work on property were extremely helpful and nice. Place is well worth the money, especially being so close to the beach. Complimentary Beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. We were able to walk right to the beach via the bridge connected to the lobby! Private beach with 2 chairs included with your stay which was nice. Included all amenities we needed such as hair dryer, washer/dryer, dish washer, and bedding. The access codes can be a little tricky due to them changing them weekly for security reasons but the front desk was able to give us the updated code as needed. I really liked there was 2 hot tubs and the pool was heated so it was very relaxing. The tiki bar was convenient for drinks and there was a restaurant in the lower lobby as well which had great food. Would recommend this place, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location is awsome, the restaurant on site was great We got there right at the start of the hurricane and the staff were not there. We didn't know where to park so I called RealJoy and was told to park anywhere. I ended up parking in the garage/deck. On Wednesday, hurricane/storm watch still in effect, at 6 pm...my friend and I got parking tickets for parking in the owner's area. The furniture were outdated and we were disappointed that there was not beach chairs and umbrella available like some of the other condo tenants. The AC in the smaller room did not work, but that was ok
