The beach is wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr, is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

It was a perfect location to enjoy the beach! Wake up hearing ocean waves and just sit with my coffee was the best part of my stay. Weather was perfect and few things were needed to be addressed and they were quickly fixed. Our family had a great stay. Super clean and very well stocked. Perfect super easy walk to the ocean from outside. Maybe two minutes till your toes are in the ocean. Lots of kids sand toys were left which came in handy. Lots of activities close by and restaurants. Dog friendly was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse on Surf drive was a great rental! Having the beach right at your footsteps and parking right in front was a major advantage. The inside was also very clean and comfortable, highly recommend!
