A throwback to easy messy beach days. This place is dated charm. Unassuming easy. A stones throw from two excellent beaches and a minute walk to restaurants. It’s old school charm on stilts (that moves occasionally - no it’s not an earthquake) with furniture from the 80s and beds with mattress that feel like hammocks. If your needs are location, beaches and a well stocked dates stand alone (no neighbors on the other side of the wall) fun shack then this is it. Plenty of space. And communication to address things could not have been easier. I’d come back. It brings on vibes of lazy beach days. Take note. This place does not come with any beach equipment but does have a shower outside which is worth more in my opinion.

Great location with most everything within walking distance and an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful spot that I would definitely stay at again. There’s some issues with the home and it’s not perfect, but it’s still very nice. I would highly recommend this place and RealJoy Vacation Rentals. They communicate well and are very responsive.

My family & I took a mini vacation and stayed here. The house was great and the staff were quick to respond with anything we needed. Walking distance to the beach, and delicious restaurants also walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

You can’t beat this location. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I could say needs improvement is the kitchen. But it’s very nitpicky. We love to cook and found the kitchen a bit limited in items we would usually want in a kitchen but it’s definitely enough to get by. There’s no salt/pepper, rubber spatula, grater and the pots/pans were limited. The fan above the stove didn’t work but we just cracked a window when needed. But again, all those things are very small and didn’t affect our vacation in any way.

We were very happy with our stay! The house was very comfortable and in a great location. You can walk to the beach or to shops and restaurants. While on our trip we had car issues and had to extend our stay. RealJoy was so helpful and did everything they can to help us out. We highly recommend the Surfer Girl house and RealJoy Rentals!!

Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, no ice in the freezer and no icecube trays. Saw several cockroaches in the kitchen.

Girls trips to the beach are always fun!! And this cute little bungalow provided the perfect space for our getaway. We were right in the heart of Santa Rosa, and within a short walking distance to a beautiful beach! There was beach concierge service on the beachc for chairs and an umbrella. Great parking. And we each had our own bedroom!! Thank you for the welcome gift upon arrival, a very sweet touch!!

This house is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. It's also a short walk to the beach! It's right by the road but we had no issues with noise or traffic. It was nice being right there, quick access to most things. Seemed like a really safe area. We never felt unsafe, even walking back late at night. The house is nice. Perfect for a small group. Had all the basic amenities. Comfortable and cozy. Cute decor. Check in and check out super easy and smooth. Good communication with owners. We had a great stay and would love to go back someday! Sufer Girl is a very clean cottage with a fun beach vibe. It is within easy walking distance to a beach access, shopping, and several places to eat. It has a nice front porch for people watching and the driveway easily fits at least 4 cars. I would rent again!

We were so happy with our beach house. It was easy walking distance to Gulf Place and all it has to offer and the beach! Kids loved their own twin beds in the middle bedroom. Also make sure and visit Reef Beach rentals for a golf cart. Bethany was awesome.

Clean and comfy. 90s decor vibe. Great location to the beach which is about a 5 min (with a 3 yr old and 5 yr old) and shopping and restaurants. Quiet at night and family friendly. Would book again!

This house was perfect for me, my teen daughter and two grandchildren to stay in. The house was pleasant, comfortable and clean with great beach themed decor. It had everything we needed! We could load up the wagon and walk right to the beach anytime we wanted. We also enjoyed walking to the shopping area for souvenirs, ice cream, etc. The wrap around deck is quite nice. We enjoyed the view outback and the big front deck area. This house is along busy 30A but people driving along this road were willing to stop and let us cross everytime we walked to the beach. Anytime I called RealJoy with questions they answered right away and were very pleasant and helpful. The text for the code to enter the house didn't come when it was supposed to but I called and they had that corrected in minutes. We ended up deciding to stay an extra day here and were able to get that set up easily. We would definitely stay here again!
