Welcome to Sunshine Shack, a beautifully decorated three-story retreat in the heart of Seacrest Beach! Relax and soak up the coastal lifestyle from the expansive wrap-around porches, unwind in the porch swing, or gather the family for a cookout on the large stainless-steel gas grill. The private, landscaped backyard backs up to a peaceful bike path. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor hot-and-cold shower featuring a rainwater showerhead. Inside, Sunshine Shack comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Kids will love the third-floor retreat, complete with a twin daybed and trundle and beverage refrigerator. Sleeping arrangements include two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of Twin bunks, a tower bedroom with a Twin daybed and trundle, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Whether you’re spending the day at the community pool or catching the seasonal tram to the beach, Sunshine Shack offers the perfect home base for an unforgettable Seacrest Beach getaway!

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
