Sunsets at Rosemary is a quaint 1BR/1BA carriage house in Rosemary Beach, just off Hwy 30A. Only a short walk from beach access and Barrett Square, you will be in the center of it all! This lovely home offers comfortable furnishings with gorgeous hardwood flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. The King Suite sleeps 2 comfortably. There is onsite parking for one vehicle during your stay. Plan your daytime adventures at the beach while enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Rosemary Beach community. Come back after a long day spent in the sun and get ready for an evening on the town. Enjoy lasting memories by making Sunsets at Rosemary carriage house your next beach vacation!

Guests staying in Rosemary Beach will enjoy access to all four pools, located strategically in each of the four quadrants of town, more details below. Access to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and Fitness Center is available for an additional onsite fee. Beach chair service is available for rent year-round on a first come/first serve basis. Other perks include 2.3 miles of boardwalk and trails that wind through the town with 19 pocket parks and green spaces. Several include playgrounds, on the northwest corner at West Kingston, you will find the butterfly garden and koi pond.

Coquina Pool: Near the beach, it's an infinity edge pool presided over by triangular stucco building which includes men's and women's changing rooms. Open daily from 9am to 9pm.

Sky Pool: Indoor pool with a retractable roof. The pool deck features radiant heating for the winter months and three swim lanes. Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Adult only hours are 6am-9am and 8pm-10pm.

Barbados Pool: Outdoor Pool immediately recognizable by its copper roof and fountain, located on the south west section of Rosemary Beach and features a small children's pool. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.

Cabana Pool: Outdoor pool with Mediterranean design, cabana style dressing rooms and a separate children's pool. A playground for kids adjoins it. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.

You will be enchanted the moment you catch your first glimpse of this seaside town. Named by CNN as one of America's most romantic small towns, Rosemary Beach does not disappoint. Situated on the east end of 30A, the Old World style town center boasts influences from the West Indies, New Orleans and Charleston. You will find cobblestone streets filled with boutique shops, fine and casual dining, a farmer's market and sweet shops to enjoy a hand-made soda or milkshake. Another unique feature is the 2.3 miles of interconnected pathways and boardwalks, illuminated at night by gas lanterns. You will love the picturesque green lawn, sugar white beaches and lovely Emerald waters that make this area so famous. And you will love Rosemary Beach.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was perfect for my husband and our toddler. Easy to walk around to the restaurants, pool and beaches. As other reviews noted, you should bring basic cooking items (seasonings) as well as back up toilet paper and paper towels just incase. No issues there as we expected this. The only thing I would note is the inconsistency in the water temperature as it was on of the shower made it difficult to bathe our toddler as it would be a good temperature one minute and either freezing cold or hot the next. That being said, would not deter us from visiting again. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communications with RealJoy were very clear and made the check in process easy. The cottage is adorable and very clean. Most importantly, the location can’t be beat. Somehow it is private and quiet yet still close to everything. Perfect Property

This was the perfect place for myself, my husband, and our 2 y/o daughter. I would stay again in a heartbeat. You get access to Rosemary beach and the 4 pools in the community. Our daughter slept on the fold out sofa bed. I will say the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but a two year old doesn’t mind that. We could walk to restaurants and shops nearby. We rented bikes which was fun for getting around as well.

This was our second year to enjoy Rosemary Beach with our toddler (now 2yrars old) and the space was exactly what we were looking for! It was so clean and quiet and the patio was the perfect cozy size for hubby and I to enjoy a night cap after putting baby to sleep. Great Beach Stay! (but poor contract terms)

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Rosemary Beach is a beautiful place. Everything went as planned. Only thing I would change is a few of the contract/waiver sentences which the manager requires guest to sign before getting access. A few lines which probably were written by a lawyer and do not reflect how they would actually treat a guest in certain unlikely circumstances. I did call to discuss and was told by customer service that "we would not do that".... so my request is to update the language to match reality.

We really loved this little place! It was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I. We were close to everything and could walk most places. There was a lot of sunlight and it felt cozy! I do wish they supplied a few more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up having to buy small boxes of them because that all that was available at the store, which meant they were wasted (we couldn’t fit them in our suitcase.) Otherwise it was a great stay!

We had a really nice stay here and highly recommend. The unit is small, but it's really well maintained and they utilized the space nicely. One important thing to know is that the door to the bedroom is a louvered sliding door, so it does not provide any noise control and just minimal privacy. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and you can't beat the beautiful neighborhood of Rosemary, which this is located in the heart of. We loved sitting on the patio and the cute little deck. The beaches and pools are amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at this rental. It was perfectly located in the heart of Rosemary Beach which made it very easy to walk everywhere, being heavily pregnant. One down side, not the biggest deal, but I have never stayed at an Airbnb that I was instructed to clean up before we left, take out garbage, and start laundry. I thought that’s what the cleaning fee is for. This rental does not provide beach towels which is tough if you’re flying in. No one is going to pack beach towels in their luggage. Overall great stay.

We couldn't recommend this carriage house enough! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space inside. Perfect spot for a getaway for two. We also spent so much time on the lovely porch, which was another happy surprise. Location and value are unmatched! Can't wait to come back and visit soon!

We had a great stay. Place was clean and just as described. The location is AMAZING! We could walk to the beach (with beach access) and to all of the amazing spots around rosemary. Very cute location and came with access to 4 very nice pools. I highly Recommend this stay if you have a small party of 2.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect - can’t get much better! We were a quick walk to the private beach access and all of the best restaurants. Our condo was quiet, very safe, and peaceful. It was stocked with everything we could need! We especially appreciated the Tupperware, baggies, etc. that helped us pack our lunches for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot, tucked away from the shops and busy streets. Nice and quiet, very clean and would stay here again. Walking distance to well everything, restaurants, shops and of course the beautiful beach at Rosemary. While roaming the streets you can absolutely admire the architecture of the town and wooden walk ways as you go to and from the house. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying at the carriage house for our honeymoon. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We loved it! And will most defiantly be back!

Perfect for us! This property had everything we needed and the perfect amount of space for two. The location was exceptional! This property aligns with all of the reasons we love Rosemary! Only thing is parking.. I wish we were able to access the garage to park because the landing is so small. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we struggled to park it and keep out of the way of others.

Loved our stay here so much, it was everything we needed for a little beach getaway! Perfect space for couples and the absolute best location. The only thing it was missing was a dresser or somewhere to store folded clothes, so just be prepared for that. Other than that, we loved everything about it!
