The property was perfect! Loved being directly on the bay and watching the beautiful sunsets. The golf cart was a huge plus to run to the beach and to the wharf. We will be back!

The house & property were every bit as beautiful as the photos. But what I really want to focus on is how well stocked it all was. Beach chairs & toys were there. I love to cook & the kitchen set-up is amazing with all you need to cook all week long. Even a little thing like blankets to snuggle & watch a movie were there. I'd say the views, beauty of the house, & layout were well represented in the listing & the extras like beach toys & kitchen items & comforts of home were an added bonus.

The house was truly stunning, and the location couldn’t be better! Nestled in a charming community, it’s perfect for cruising around in a golf cart. You’ll find delightful little shops, candy stores, and even zip-lining adventures right at your doorstep! The only downside was the limited supplies; we were provided with just a single roll of paper towels, one trash bag in the can, and no dish washcloths. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic!

This has to be my favorite airbnb find ever! The pictures don’t do it justice - the home is even more beautiful in person. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were the best I’ve had in a rental property. Great communication and instructions. This is our 3rd time staying in Sandestin because we love the amenities and the area. This stay is extremely relaxing! The upstairs master bedroom room is extremely relaxing! Great for the parents to get a little bit of peace but still remain close to kiddos. The downstairs master is great for anyone wanting to stay closer to your kids, as the twin room and the downstairs master are beside each other. The downstairs master bathroom has an amazing shower. I could have stood in the shower the whole vacation lol my only complaint about the downstairs master is the bed isn’t very comfortable and the upstairs one is a lot better. Everything else was great! Beautiful views right in your backyard. Super convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

We hosted my 16 yo son and his 4 best friends for an end of school year getaway. This was the perfect place for us to spread out relax and enjoy. Particularly liked the layout of have a private master suite with balcony upstairs and were able to let the boys enjoy the downstairs and the noise did not disturb our sleep upstairs at all:) The views of the bay were amazing for watching sunsets. The accommodations, even the sofa bed were extremely high quality. I can't say enough about the helpfulness of Tammy to communicate and resolve any questions with friendliness and patience. The golf cart made for easy access to pool and beach. The boys enjoyed all of the amenities of the property especially the nice basketball goals by the beach. The food at 5oclock somewhere in The Wharf and brunch at Sunset Cafe was great. The home was perfect for cooking the other meals. Im ready to return ASAP:)

What an awesome place to relax! Almost hate to share a review about the place as I hope it’s available next time we swing through town. Right in the bay, close to great fishing, shopping for the ladies and just down right relaxing. Quiet, tucked back and away and the interior is well organized and setup. Perfect place to spend post Thanksgiving and have a quiet, eat, fish, shop, golf staycation or actual vacation if you’re from out of town. From our beach in Alabama to Destin, we’ll be back to hang out.

We had a terrible last minute fallout with another AirBNB rental and fortunatly found this home instead. It is rented through a company so although it is nice... clean and well mainitianed, you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no spices, a few laundry packs etc... in the kitchen and the home. The location is great, quiet and out of the way but the beach area is VERY BUSY!!! Not what I expected for the beach. There is a nice quiet pool you have access to but not some of the other Sandestin amenities that other rentals have access with their homes. If I were to do this again, I would choose a rental with private beach areas to enjoy the beach. If you are looking for something more quiet with a nice bay view this is a perfect choice. If you stay there the golf cart rental is a must have and adds a considerable expense so calculate that into your costs.

The property was great and centrally located to the beaches and pools. All the home amenities were excellent and made for easy cooking and dining as well as keeping up with normal laundry activities.

This house is unbelievably gorgeous. All the appliances are brand new and the details are immaculate. Our toddlers loved playing in the grassy patch outback hunting for lizards. There are spacious closets in both masters which is where we set up our sons pack n play.
I definitely recommend renting the golf cart (which is also very luxe) so that you can quickly scoot over to the beach, pool or wharf all which are 5-7 mins away.
The beach area is BUSY with lots of chairs for rent and a small space for you to set up your own up front if you don’t want to pay for those.
I cannot imagine there are prettier condos in all of Baytown Wharf!

Great place to stay , it was very clean and exactly as the pictures show . Brought our own beach stuff but did not need to use since the place provided with their own beach toys and chairs for use . They also provided with clean towels and kitchen supplies which came in handy . Getting into the house was a bit tricky with the key pad but was able to figure out . Miramar Beach was a 5 minute drive and stores were close as well .

Jilenna’s property was amazing. There were clear instructions and a binder to help you and remind you of things along the way! Everything is just as pictured! You definitely have a beautiful view of the sunset and if you sit out there long enough you might see a fish jump out the water every once in a while. I enjoyed my time. I would recommend renting a car if you want to do things that are off the resort or if Mother Nature decides to make it rain a lot.
