The Unit and experience with RealJoy was excellent. In the posting it mentioned pools and splash pads for kids but failed to mention the construction that had the splash pad area closed the entire trip. That pool area was a big part as to why we booked there. Other than that, no complaints.

The location and the amenities are great. We had a blast. Waking up with a view of the gulf was priceless. Will def go again. We had a person that has limited walking abilities and the proximity to the beach made everything easy. The only thing I didn’t like is you have to pay for parking, but also if you have someone visiting for a few hours they require them to pay a very steep parking fee. The fee I paid for 5 days they wanted to collect for 4 hours.

We loved this condo and want to come back again as soon as possible. Great ocean views and wonderful amenities. Easy beach access, two pools, and close to shopping and food. I loved just sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Very friendly hosts and and answered questions very quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

No issues until the day before we left. Parking ticket after registering the vehicle but reached out to realjoy and situation was avoided. Very helpful.

This was a great place to stay with very responsive host. However, just be aware the doors do not lock on any doors inside the condo other than the front door. Meaning if you need to use the bathroom and family does not know you are in there, you could get walked in on. The elevators do take a long time to get to you on check in days such as a Saturday or Sunday but does get better. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Sunrise Beach Resort is right in the middle of everything so traffic can be kind of hectic but it was a nice place and we always enjoy staying at Sunrise. Host was very responsive.

Location was as described - beachfront, baby! The place was clean with a stocked kitchen that had lots of pots, plates/bowls and utensils. There are restaurants nearby that is a walk away. We often drove to Wal-Mart which is less than 10 minutes away. Overall we loved our stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Our group had a great stay here! The sunset views on the balcony and perfect location to the beach every morning made it perfect for our stay. Definitely recommend walking to sharkys for dinner! Two minute walk and great for families/friends. We loved it here!

This place was perfect for my family of 7! Everyone slept comfortable, sunsets are beyond amazing. This is my second time staying at sunrise with real joy and I’m sure I’ll be back again as it’s great! The place is clean, comfortable, roomy and right on the beach what more could you ask for!!
