Amazing views. This condo was well worth the money spent. This Three bedroom three bath unit was really spacious and accommodating. The balcony was huge, with views of the strip and the ocean. Clean, plenty of space for up to 10.
This condo is in walking distance to some really tasty restaurants. Sharkys is next door, bbq and golf cart rental across the street. I have stayed at a Realjoy property before and they never disappoint!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was absolutely fantastic. The view was gorgeous as well as the condo. It held our party of 8 adults very comfortably. (My husband and I with 3 grown children and their spouses) Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the whole condo was perfect. It had everything we could want or need. I would suggest bringing toilet paper, paper towels, and washing powder, the website does tell you that is not supplied. That's all we needed. We were here on the 4th of July so the only issue that slowed us down was the elevator. It did get crowded but not enough to be a huge pain. We will definitely be back next year and plan to stay in the same unit!! We loved it!

What an incredible stay. The the fact that it’s a corner condo allows for a partial wrap around balcony so you have beautiful view straight out of the ocean as well as one going down the beach to the perfect sunset while sitting in the same spot from the living room. The rooms were spacious. We only had 5 but could have easily fit another 5, allowing for everyone to have a bit of privacy; especially with 3 full bathrooms. The location allows for walkability to anything you need: food, bars, music, and of course the beautiful white sand beach. It was very quiet at night even though the strip stayed busy with drivers. The absolute best bang for the buck that I could have asked for.

Perfect place for our family getaway with three little kids! So much to do, a lot within walking distance, but even just staying on property at the heated pool or beach was great! LOVED that there were some beach toys and an umbrella to use. The view was impeccable! We will absolutely be back!!!

Very open concept with loads of amenities. The view from the balcony was spectacular as we were eye level with the beach bald eagle daily flight up the coast. Also meals on the balcony were nice.

We Loved this place for my family! Came for a softball tournament and I was near from field . We loved the heated pools on the cold days. And be by the beach was just beautiful.

We had one minor problem with our refrigerator freezer upon arrival and we reported. The company was prompt to respond and had it fixed the next day. Everything was just as listed, wonderful fantastic views, kitcken was stocked with enough items and master bedroom was spacious. We just loved our entire stay. Only thing we found wrong was a roach in the pantry but we didn't see anymore afterwards. I have to say again that the views were fantastic and would definitely rent again if we're ever in Panama City Beach!!!

Everything was great, except the floors had not been cleaned. Feet were black just from walking in the condo. Location is great, access to beach was good. Wasn’t crazy about having to get on the elevator to get from the beach to the pool but I understand why so it’s definitely ok! Love our family time there!

The views in this condo are amazing! We were very pleased with the updated paint/decor in the bunk room and the updated tv's throughout. That was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and everything was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about the view from this corner unit. Would definitely stay again.

Great views. Based on previous comments, it looks like improvements were made. The walls were freshly painted, and the rooms were clean. The bedding didn’t look freshly washed so I took off the sheets and washed them again. The bedrooms are good sizes, and the living and kitchen area are also good size. It was more than we needed for a family of 5. The only issue is that this place does not provide for beach service.

I loved staying at this particular condo., it was very very nice. The view was perfect to watch my family on the beach & water. The roof extended to give me extra shade & the rain didn’t get on me either. The options on the television was so much appreciated. I have cancer & going through chemo, so I had to stay out of the sun. I was so happy to see there was a keurig, because I knew I could pack my pods from home. We did descaled the Keurig, so we hope others can continue to enjoy the convenience. There was a security guard that was always looking on balconies & counting units. Lol The cubby holes for our flip flops on the pier were really nice too. We had a cooler outside our door because it was wet & someone took most of our drinks out of it, not mad, but gotta be more careful. I guess they were thirsty. The overflow parking was ok, my husband helped get a van unstuck from the ground, 4 wheel drive & tow strap was used. The ground was so soft & easy to get stuck. The master bath was great & the bed was so comfortable! It needs a little Kilz & paint above the shower, because there are tiny mold spots. Easy to do, so much moisture on the beach. &We didn’t use the left sink, because it looked like it leaked in cabinet below it. The Queen guest bed was a bit uncomfortable (said my parents), so that may need updating. The freezer ice dispenser rubber flap doesn’t close all the way, so it doesn’t work right. We just grabbed out of the bucket. The bunk beds were so fun for my kids. We just had the BEST time!

Started out with a bit of a hiccup. (Totally on our part - car toppers will not fit in the carport) We never had any trouble with the elevator wait. The view from the balcony was perfect. We were excited to see the jet ski races on Saturday but so ready for them to be over on Sunday (very loud!) The balcony furniture was a bit precarious. A few pieces I put way in the corner so nobody would use it as they looked about ready to fall apart. The space on the balcony and the extra lighting provided by having a corner room was fantastic! Some of the knives were rusty and none of them were sharp. Several burnt or rusty pans. The non-stick skillets are close to peeling and have seen better days. We found enough to work with and made it work. The distance to shell island was perfect and a day trip we really enjoyed. We took the ferry over and rented snorkeling gear. 11 sand dollars, shells galore, crabs, sea slugs, barnacles, anemones, dolphins, & (yes, a couple sharks). The beach was beautiful. The sand, perfect. We were so thankful to those who had left their beach toys and 2 body boards behind! The boardwalk area had several hoses to rinse off yourself, shoes, toys, etc. very helpful for limiting the amount of sand that gets tracked into the condo. The boardwalk is also where the grills are. Plan early if you are grilling. They are popular and you may have to wait for a turn or share space with other people. (Just take a couple beers down with you- some to share with the other cooks is always fun too!) Really, we would rent here again. It was as advertised and the space was perfect for us. Us in one room, in-laws in another, and our 4 kids maxed out the double bunk bed and trundle. Everyone slept well and had a wonderful time!

Wonderful location. Walking distance to a few restaurants. We loved Hang Five for lunch and Sharkys was great for dinner and live music. It’s just over a mile to walk to Pier Park. The heated pool was great for the kids and a pretty large size too. The beach was wonderful and the view awesome! The things we didn’t like much about the condo were that the walls looked bad. They need painted and not flat paint. The televisions were outdated and the living room one would have a line across it most of the time. (It is March madness and we tried watching some of the games in the evening.) The furniture in the master bedroom where we were was not very useful. Weird drawers that you really couldn’t put much of anything in. And no clocks in the bedrooms which is a personal preference. Overall, we were there to vacation and enjoy the sun and beach and this condo was a great place to do that.

The condo was perfect for our family! The balcony overlooking the ocean was the most amazing part of it, followed by the kitchen set up because I could cook and visit with everyone sitting in the living room and dining room while still having a great view of the ocean!! Spectacular view!! The only negative I have is that the kitchen needed to be cleaner. It was surface clean, but I had to clean the entire coffee pot really good, microwave and stove. The kitchen cabinet that have a lot of use were sticky so I gave them a good scrubbing. Nothing that can’t be fixed with a talk with the cleaning company - maybe a deep clean more often. I even hate to mention this because the sheets, bedding, towels, rooms, balcony were all clean. We would 100% come back to this condo!

The condo is a perfect size for a large group and well furnished. There are T.V.'s in every room to give us time away from each other if needed, plus bathrooms for everyone. We also were within walking distance to piers, shopping and many restaurants. On my wish list would be beach towels. We flew in from out of state but rental rules specifically state you cannot take the towels to the beach..... why else would I get a condo on the beach if not to go to the beach? You should be prepared to bring or buy towels unless you're willing to break the rules and risk extra fees. Aesthetically, the walls needed paint and the corners of the curtains were hanging off the curtain rods when we arrived but they opened and closed for an amazing view of the ocean and kept the sun out for sleeping in late. Overall, I would rent this unit again for the easy beach access, wonderful pools and close proximity to everything you could need.
