With a king bed in the master bedroom, a Full bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living. This condo is perfect for a group! The master features balcony access, en suite bath with garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. this rental was absolutely amazing! Great views excellent customer service. the only problem, that really wasnt actually a major problem, was the elevators. sometimes you would have to wait 30 minutes on an elevator. so if you dnt have patience it's awful. but other than that we had an excellent experience at this rental. we are already booked for next year. same property different floor.

Everything was good the only problem was that one of the bedrooms didn’t lock the door and neither the bathroom door and we had a problem with that more than once. But everything else was good 👍 I really recommend this place.

We had an absolute blast! This condo is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants! When we come back to visit we will definitely keep this place in mind! Only down side we had from the whole stay was the parking when booking this condo please be aware that parking in the parking garage is NOT included be prepared to pay $50 per vehicle to park it was a complete shock to be told that you pay over a $1000 to stay just to be told you don’t have a place to park unless you pay! We had to pay $150 to park for 1 suv and 2 motorcycles!

The condo was clean, but not as big as expected. This would not be a comfortable space for 6 people in my opinion. There were 2 adults and one child in my group and I felt like we were on top of each other, especially in the kitchen area. This condo could use a little TLC but it was okay and was fine for our small family. The view from the 17th floor was beautiful. Also, it’s only about a mile from Pier Park so that was convenient. You came all the pier and there is lots of restaurants and shopping.
