We love the location. Best in the area. This is our 2nd time in these townhouses. Unit was very clean, nice linens & towels. Very comfortable beds & bedding, pillows. Kitchen is very well equipped. Had all we ever needed. Nothing!

We had a great time at the beach!! The place was super clean, and looked just like the photos! The walk to the beach was less than a minute which made it convenient for us. Would definitely recommend staying here for easy beach access, also to add the beach was not packed at all like you see some peoples photos on social media. Place was amazing for my family, walking distance to the beach especially with kids even the outside shower was a plus. Beautiful view from balcony to the beach, even at night with the stars. Very peaceful, all around. Stores are very close by driving distance it is perfect location for a vacation. We really enjoyed our stay, wish would have stayed longer.

We loved the place! We stayed for 6 nights 7 days. Our family of 5 thought the townhouse was great. Very quiet and clean. The perfect location in our opinion! The beach across the street was perfection!! Felt like a private beach! Also very close to some great restaurants and family fun. We cooked in the kitchen for several of our meals and it had everything we needed. We all agreed we would stay here again!!

We have stayed at multiple places in Sunnyside over the years but this was our favorite as far as location and proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the private deck off the primary bedroom and being able to walk directly across the street to a beautiful beach that had no other buildings around it. We were concerned about it being a townhome style but never heard any of our neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect spot for a family looking to relax and enjoy the serene beaches of the Gulf!

The townhouse was beautiful. Very well appointed and extremely clean. Gulf access was right across the street. The beach in this area is not very crowded which is a nice change from being down by the high-rises. The beach is a very short walk.
Dishes, silverware and appliances were all of very good quality.
We could have used a few more trash bags, and one or two more dishwasher tablets. The arrival information did indicate there would only be starter paks, but things like purchasing dishwasher tablets on vacation should not be necessary in a unit this nice.
It also would have been good to have a couple chairs for the beach, chairs are difficult to bring with you when you travel.
We had zero issues with the unit, and no reason to contact the management company at all.
The stairs to the upstairs are very steep, and there is only one rail. This was a bit of an issue for one of our group.

It was a very good stay and a lovely place. I would highly recommended it golfor a family.

The condo is directly across the street from private beach access and between the two tourist sides of Rosemary and PCB, so each time we went we were always the first ones there with no crowds. Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of everything! We loved the close walk to the (not crowded) beach, the patio shower and the sleeping arrangements for our family of 5 (plus 1). There wasn’t any laundry detergent there, so we had to buy some…and hand soap for the bathrooms. But, overall the location and the master bedroom and deck that overlooks the ocean was amazing!!

Everything was great. The apt is very near the beach; you just need to cross the road. The apt was clean, and the kitchen has all items you need to cook, the washing and dryer machines are very helpful in a beach place, especially with kids. The beach is not crowded, the sea is clean, the water is clear. A wonderful place. I will definitely come back. This place is so cute. We had everything we needed and more. The beach is so much closer than I thought, so that made it real easy to go back and forth if needed. We loved this townhome! This is the first time that we have stayed across the street from the beach. The beach access was very convenient and an easy walk for my family. We have a 6 and 8 year old and we were a little worried that the walk may be a bit far while carrying our beach gear but it was not bad at all! Also the beach was not crowded. We always prefer to stay on this end of town because it is so much quieter and this place did not disappoint.
Another thing that I appreciated about the unit is that there were plenty of towels and washcloths, the unit was very clean, and they provided a good amount of starter necessities such as soap, TP, dishwasher tabs etc. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect beach front location with comfortable accommodations. If you are looking for a relaxing, secluded beach vacation for your family this is the perfect place. You are less than 100 steps to a calm private beach front. Off street parking, 2 patios and an upper balcony for views of the water. We WILL be back.

Great location right across a two lane street from a quiet beach. Two miles away from Publix but felt like a less populated part of the beach. Enjoyed having a front lawn and patio facing the beach to enjoy when the beach was closed two nights before our departure. Would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I have is , on the day we were leaving ,the cleaning crew came up two different times asking if we were ready to leave yet. The first time was around 8 am . My husband was outside putting all the beach stuff on the truck and they came up and asked if we were done so they could come in and clean. , my husband told them no and they said ... ok we’ll come back later ( they were nice about it).. again about 9 am they came back and asked my daughter how much longer we were going to be in there and she said ...we have until 10am ..again they were nice but by this time I’m a little angry because check out is at 10 and they’ve came by twice to ask us when we were leaving...

Very adamant about the rules but that's what made it a pleasant stay! I prefer order and cleanliness and that is what this place provides. The beach was clean and easily accessible, the home was clean and adorably decorated along with any amenities you may need. Would 10/10 stay here again and reccomend others to stay as well.

Nice property within walking distance to the beach. Unit was clean and well stocked with supplies and linens. Blew a fuse during our stay and had to call maintenance and wait several hours to get access to the breaker box which is located behind a locked door.

The house was nicely decorated. Love the 2.5 bath for a party of 8. Not the closest thing to PCB but definitely close enough yet far away from all the loud and busy streets. Would recommend. Easy self check in and out.

We absolutely loved this place! It was decorated perfectly, the beds were very comfy, and it was so close to the beach. The Sunnyside area is very quiet and laid back; close enough to the fun parts of PCB, but without all the traffic and noise. We would love to visit this adorable place again!

The unit had everything we needed. My grandson especially loved the bunk beds. The appliances were all in good working order. The area we were in was away from the crowds but close enough to all the places we wanted to go. We were so incredibly close to the beach. All we had to do was cross the road in front of our unit and walk down the path to the beach. We were very pleased with our unit and hope to stay there again next summer, if possible.

The property was very clean and is right across the street from the beach. The neighbors are also very friendly. The only downfall is that we were unaware the surrounding units were under construction. It wasn’t a huge deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
