Loved our stay with our 3 teenagers and 2 college-age kids. It was spacious, private, and beautiful beach with bikes included, which was very helpful for our group. The location is excellent and near a fav place: The Beachy Bean. Ty for helping to make our vacation great. .

Would highly recommend this house. Appreciated the bike rentals and the beautiful area and pool. Very convenient to shops and restaurants but was a quiet tucked away little neighborhood. We will be back!

This was a new location for us along 30A and we were not disappointed. This neighborhood was so peaceful and amazingly accessible to a perfect spot along the beach. The home was ideal for our family of 4 and the team very responsive.

Our family always looks forward to our summer getaways in Watersound West, and this year, Sunny Side Up provided us with a wonderful retreat. We appreciated the bicycles and beach equipment that were available for our use. The neighborhood boasts one of the most stunning boardwalks to the beach along 30A. We feel reassured by the safety measures in place, allowing our children to cycle to the pool or beach without any worries. RealJoy promptly addressed any inquiries we had about the property. “Sunny Side Up”, located in the Watersound West neighborhood on 30A, is a perfect vacation home for families. We stayed with our kids ages 3-14 and one grandmother. Pros: The neighborhood is beautiful and the home is so relaxing. The home is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. We were very comfortable and relaxed. The neighborhood pool is really nice and only about a five minute walk from the house. The home came with all the beach gear we needed including chairs for the adults and boogie boards for the kids and umbrellas. The only things we brought with us for the beach were a wagon, towels, and sand toys. The bikes were like new. We really enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and a few minutes up and down 30A to the quaint shops, restaurants, and The Big Chill. The walk to the beach is breathtaking! The boardwalk from the pool is a short walk and goes through a stunning lake area then over the dunes to the beach. Other reviews complained about this walk, but for us it was one of the best parts of the trip! We really enjoyed it. The beach area is the best we’ve ever accessed on 30A! The nearest other access points are way to the east, and to the west sits Deer Lake State Park. This makes it feel like the beach area is totally private. I grew up in this area and must say that this is one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to along the panhandle. The cons: The access codes for the neighborhood and pool did not work. Rental company was very supportive.

A well-maintained house in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. House is centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside and next to The Big Chill so you can't beat the location if you plan to visit all of 30A. The community pool was beautiful, the nicest I saw out of any rentals I looked at. The boardwalk to the beach was a fun little bike ride away. The house had everything you could want from bikes to beach chairs, only thing I was disappointed we had to bring were beach towels, which would have been nice since we flew there. Would definitely recommend this house to others, and we are a picky family and took a lot of time to find just the right rental.

Absolutely gorgeous home and neighborhood! We have stayed on 30A several times and this was by far our best experience yet! Lovely, walkable, peaceful and secluded neighborhood, beautiful pool. Takes a little while to get to the beach, but it’s worth it. Gorgeous walk or bike ride out the boardwalk to a less crowded beach that is very picturesque. We hope to come back!!

This is a beautiful property in an amazing quiet location with an easy access to the beach through the neighboring state park. The streets were quiet and my children were able to bike around and just enjoy the beautiful setting. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient and the house is lovely. As a mother with young children, this property and the amenities nearby was amazing in every way for our family.

Amazing amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the house. Location is in a quiet gated community that has both a community pool and a boardwalk right to the beach. Also amongst the community are bike paths that connect all the different locales. Just a few min bike ride is The Hub which is a great landing spot for eating/grabbing a drink. The bikes provided with the house were so helpful in us enjoying our stay and sightseeing in the area! Would definitely recommend for group travel!

We stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights and the house was beautiful. The home is modern and "like-new" and it is very private and quiet. We had a few minor issues when we checked in that the rental company addressed immediately (very impressive).
One thing to keep in mind is that although the development has beach access, the house itself is a bit of a walk to the beach, and even if you make the short drive to the pool it is still just under 1/2 mile walk from the pool area to the beach. Thus, it is best to secure beach chairs and umbrellas from a service on the beach (sadly, one was not available when we were there on our first day).

This place is nothing short of Amazing! The house is serene, peaceful and decor is perfect for the occasion. The beds were comfortable, the house is stocked with all necessities. The area the home is is heaven! Great restaurants for family and a date night, beach is very close we felt like we were in another country! Beautiful area will definitely visit again and highly recommend this stay! PERFECT
