Great location and easy walk to beach! House is great for large families! House is as pictured but does have some wear & tear (ex dings in wall, broke closet door, loose towel bars, and recliner couch does not work). Also recommend a deep clean of the house (ex floors, showers, oven, and kitchen sink rim), refrigerator should be replaced, and pool pump should be scheduled to run to help keep pool clear. Overall we enjoyed the house and would stay again.

I love the location, being inside a gated community where you can walk to the beach. The pool is gorgeous, it was just a bit chilly when we came into town so we didn’t get to spend much time there. But the rooms were huge, plenty of bathrooms and a washer/dryer made it much more comfortable. The kitchen is awesome, huge gas stove, big fridge and two sinks. I would highly recommend. Love the soaking tub in the master, very relaxing place to stay.

The state was amazing. I would say they need to check behind the cleaners. The hot water does not get hot in the sink in the kitchen. The shower in the pink room shower curtain is too high so the floor gets wet are the bunk bed slacks were not in it.

The place was great and peaceful. It is the best getaway, but still enough things to do around the area as well. Everything was great and RealJoy made sure we were settled in and quick to respond as well. Would definitely recommend if you would like to change scenes for a while. I would would definitely come back.

The pictures of the house didn’t do it justice. An absolutely beautiful and spacious home that housed our 7 adults comfortably. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect location. It’s a 9 minute walk to the beach. The only negative that I have is the cookware is very worn and dated. Probably time for a new baking sheets and pans. Also, we didn’t get to swim much because the water was ice cold. Other than that, it was a phenomenal stay. When I return to Destin, I will absolutely try to book this specific house again. Loved it!

The house was wonderful! Just like the photos! The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room because it had so much space and it made them really feel like they were on vacation from their regular bunk beds at home. The kitchen was spacious and the pool was the icing on the cake. I’m pretty sure the pool was much bigger than other residential pool in that community. Plenty of space for everyone, even if someone wanted some ‘me time’. Great bikes!!! We enjoyed our bike ride in the community. The community the house is in is right across from the beach. The beach is definitely walkable. The grill had its own space, outside the back patio/pool area. If it was more inside the patio for the person on the grill to be apart of the outside, that would’ve been awesome. Non the less, it was cool spot for the grill. Overall, we loved it!

Excellent property...very close to the beach and other outings....lots of space....private pool was a decent size for relaxing but the cover over the pool is awesome. Very clean property and property management was easy to work with

Our group of 11 loved this property. It was beautiful and very spacious, inside and out. Pool was clean but a little too cold for me but others enjoyed. Minor issues: there were small ants in one of the bedrooms and batteries needed to be replaced in the remote for the outside tv. Management responded promptly and came out and sprayed the bedroom and replaced the batteries. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness only because the master bedroom shower could use a little more attention when cleaning but overall, everything was great. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay.

Sunny Days - A Perfect Beach Getaway We recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning beach house known as Sunny Days and cannot express enough how incredibly delightful this experience was. Everything, from the impeccable location to the well-appointed amenities, exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the location is nothing short of breathtaking. The house is in the quiet, gated neighborhood directly across the street from the beach (or Crap Trap restaurant). The property itself is absolutely stunning; it has been meticulously maintained and features a large pool with outdoor games. The tranquility and seclusion provided by this spot make it a true haven for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Walking into the beach house, we were immediately struck by the attention to detail and the modern yet cozy design. The interior is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating areas, tasteful décor, and large windows that allow for natural light to flood in from the back of the house. The open-concept layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gathering with friends and family or simply unwinding after a day spent by the ocean. The bedrooms are equally impressive, boasting comfortable beds adorned with soft linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures. It was a short walk to the beach - which we took advantage of every day - but there are 4 bikes that made touring around the area even more enjoyable. Even though the house is located in a private neighborhood with a clubhouse, it's still close to everything you need. Both the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets are so close you can even rent a golf cart and drive there to spend the day. One of the highlights of our stay at Sunny Days was the private outdoor space. The spacious covered pool patio served as the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or indulge in an ice-cold beer after a fun-filled day. The well-maintained yard added to the overall appeal of the property, creating a harmonious blend of nature and comfort. We loved listening to the birds while in the heated pool! In addition to the stunning location and well-designed interior, the attentive service provided by the property management team further enhanced our stay. From the moment we made the reservation to the day of check-out, the staff was readily available to answer any inquiries and ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a serene escape from the everyday, Sunny Days is an absolute gem that promises an unforgettable experience. Sunny Day was an excellent place to spend Christmas with my family. We loved the spacious house and all of the amenities. It was perfect and we felt right at home. It was close to the beach and the private pool was amazing. We had an awesome time and will definitely book Sunny Day again.

The place was just as described. It was very spacious and enough room for everyone. Overall the house was 8/10. Would have given it 10s but the pool isn’t heated and even on the 80° days it was still to cold to get in. In comparison the gulf water was warmer. Some of the tvs didn’t work and a bed broke. the bed in the front of the house was too hard. Not complaining just giving my opinion. They did offer to come and “fix” the bed but there is no fixing it it would need to be replaced. If the few problems were fixed we would stay again.

The house and scenery were amazing. The placement was 30 yards from the river water front. Seeing the house on Airbnb site does it no justice, because in person it’s breath taking. It was extremely clean and large enough to accommodate a host of 10 without any privacy problems. I give this house a 5 star Review and will be returning very soon. Thank management for everything.

overall, our first stay in Destin was good, and the property was very close to the beach. my kids loved the covered pool. has some much space , it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. overall, I would rate it 9/10.

This house had an incredible location for our group of 13. Close to the beach (10-15 min walk). Close to the HOA pool (5 min walk). And the best part... the great pool included with the property. Our group spent so much time in the screened/ covered pool area in back of the property. When we weren't the beach, the kids were swimming. This property is very large and was able to easily accommodate our 4 adults and 9 children. The chefs kitchen was great for meal prep and service...plenty of seating for all. As a bonus, there is an arcade video game console in the dining area, which our kids loved. During our stay, we had some slight maintenance issues with the property, the rental company was VERY responsive to our needs and was willing to help out right away. Ultimately, we recommend the house, the location, and the whole experience. RealJoy vacations is a top notch rental company and were great to work with.

That house was gorgeous, well decorated and super spacious. The pool was big enough the family could swim and I appreciated the opaque panels on each side for privacy. Everything was great with the location, because we could literally walk back and forth to the beach - which was probably the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen.

Beautiful and clean home. Would recommend a outdoor grill, larger pots and pans, grill on stove would barely get warm, no sacks for corn hole set or balls for the net game on patio and couch and lamp to be plugged in so they would be functional. I didn’t contact RealJoy as these were only a few minor hiccups that we could live with. Just an FYI for future guests so they can accommodate themselves as needed. All in all - our family had an amazing stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
