Welcome to Sunny and Share a stunning 3-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath in Terra Cotta Terrace, and 175 yards to the sugar-white sands of Crystal Beach! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table. The second floor has a king master bedroom ensuite bath and a queen guest bedroom. The third-floor loft has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen bed. With the sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor this beautiful home comfortably sleeps a total of 10 guests. Terra Cotta Terrace is a luxury development of Mediterranean-style homes in the highly sought-after Crystal Beach area. The neighborhood has private gated beach access just across Scenic Hwy 98. Amenities include a community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a sand volleyball court. This ideal location is a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands! Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house, outdoor pool and sand valleyball at the property was use by my family frequently. The house was large and clean but… the main bedrooms were on second floor 14 steps up and another open sleeping room on 3rd floor more steps up not ideal for elderly parents and the main bathrooms with showers were also on the second floor. I have overlooked how many steps the house had and not enough full bathrooms for 10 people. Master bathroom is open to master bedroom no doors. I did need more bath towels.. which were brought quickly on the same day. Overall my family had great time.

The house was just what we needed for a quick trip to the beach with young kids. Close enough to the beach that it was an easy walk, and our section of beach wasn't overly crowded. The house itself was spacious and clean.

Real Joy sets a high bar for others as does the rental home Sunny and Share. They were very communicative in the lead up to and during the stay, responding to all of my questions in a professional and helpful manner. The house was fantastic and made up for the rainy weather. They responded as quickly as possible to a house issue following bad storms. It was quiet and clean. The little things and attention to detail really matter. First impressions mean a lot and when I walked into the house calm music was playing on the TV. A very welcoming and nice touch. Only a few recommendations I would have…blackout curtains in bedrooms, spices in kitchen (perhaps under lock until someone wants access), and maybe a feather pillow option. These are picky but nice amenities. I bought a hair dryer but found one after the fact. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again!
