Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing construction. As a result, occupants may experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. For safety reasons, the Splash Pad, Outdoor Pool, and Outdoor Hot Tub are temporarily closed to protect against falling debris. Additionally, the Grill Area is not accessible at this time.
However, we're pleased to inform you that the Indoor Pool remains open for your enjoyment. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

SunDestin 416 is a 1BR/1.5BA condo of a Gulf front complex in the heart of beautiful Destin. The master bedroom offers two queen beds, and the living room has a sofa bed, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. This unit comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony while dining overlooking the peek-a-boo Gulf views and fabulous sunsets. Soak up the rays at the beachfront pool with a cool drink from the tiki bar or seek the shade at the indoor pool. Come make memories at Sundestin 416!

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!

Lovely Condo

The condo itself was lovely. It was very clean, modern and well decorated. The beds were super comfy and we had an ample amount of towels. The property manager kept in touch with us to make sure everything was alright. It's right on the beach which was great too! The condo is located on the west side of the building but we still had a partial view of the ocean. The only downside was the building itself was under construction so the halls and elevators were pretty rough looking and the outdoor pool was closed. The sliding glass doors and screens in the condo were filthy, I'm assuming from the construction. We had a great time and I would definitely book this condo again.

We had the best time as a family of 6. Loved the pool and walking the beach at night to look for ghost crabs.

Summer beach vacation

Over all was very satisfied with our stay but was very upset that we didn’t know about construction going on and that out door pool is closed til July.

Very very nice place. Had basically everything there-linens, dishes, etc. A little expensive but it was within walking distance of the beach -no crossing major roads. Close to the different restaurants as well. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Traveled with a friend. Had a relaxing trip. Appreciated the coffee pot options, very clean sheets, comfortable bed, lots of towels, fan for white noise and big kitchen. Only thing missing was a patio table. We couldn’t eat outside on balcony.
