SunDestin 1703 is a 17th floor, gulf front, one bedroom/1.5 bath condo in the heart of Destin!
This stunning condo with drop-dead views has a king-sized bed in the master and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that fold out electronically - no struggling to put it away in the morning! There are 1 and 1/2 baths and a jetted tub for soaking. This condo has 2 flat screens and free high-speed internet.
If you’re an early riser, nothing compares to walking to the balcony, sipping your coffee, looking to your left, and watching the sun rise in the east. If sunsets capture your imagination after a day of playing in the soft white sand beach and crystal-clear green gulf, toast the sun setting from the same balcony as you turn to the right to watch the sun light play on the water for the end of a great day.
The kitchen boasts of gorgeous granite counters, new ice-maker fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and all the tools to make a delicious meal. But, because this is Destin, know that you have plenty of fine restaurants as well as good Chinese take-out to enjoy. Sundestin's condo unit #1703 offers the best of the best.

Great stay
It was better than the pictures listed online. It had some modern updates that were really nice. The views from the balcony were amazing! The chair service that was purchasable on the beach was a great bonus. We enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby and the shop which had anything we may have needed while on the beach. It was a little warm in the room considering the air conditioning unit is on the balcony and makes it hard to hear the ocean from the balcony when it’s running.- Reviewed On: 8/8/2023

We had a wonderful stay. The only hic cup was we locked ourselves out in the balcony within 30 minutes of arriving. Luckily, I had a phone in my hand and was able to call front desk for help. Great stay, Great views, Great beaches and plenty to do! What more do you need! There is plenty of room for a blowup mattress in the living room if bringing 2 teenagers. SunDestin 1703
5 stars This was our first time here and we loved it. Our 1 bdrm condo was perfect for us because it was just hubs and I. The furniture wasn’t the same as the picture which included a recliner, but there was a small hideabed couch. It worked, we didn’t spend much time in the condo anyway. The view is magnificent which is the primary reason I picked the SunDestin. The room faces just west of due south, but not by much. We could not see the sunrise directly or the sunset directly, guessing because of the strip of condos. Anyway it’s beautiful. Would highly recommend. There’s 1 1/2 baths which was cool and a walk-in linen closet off the half bath. Perfect for two people. I couldn’t get the iron to work in the half bath, but it worked in the bedroom. The internet/wi-fi in the room was spotty. The wi-fi/internet reception on the beach was terrible. Had to listen to music on my iTunes app on my phone rather than stream, and even Verizon data didn’t pick up. That was frustrating. We never could get the tv in the bedroom to work and the toaster needs a better one. Minor things to say the least. Overall, it was a spectacular trip and we loved the condo. No coffee filters?
I own a short term rental, and we provide coffee filters, beach chairs, salt and pepper etc. Also, 130 bucks for cleaning fee is extreme for a small condo. Great view and beach though- Reviewed On: 2/22/2022

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such products as paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. Coffee, coffee filters, condiments, spices, etc. are normally not provided due to food safety concerns. Best view in Destin!!!
For our first time in Destin, sundestin resort is the way to go! It was amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and the balcony view is stunning. The room could have been cleaner, a bit dated, but overall we didn’t care. It’s right on the beach and plenty to do on resort as well as close to EVERYTHING, and the resort will help you set activities up bc all that was a little overwhelming since we’ve never been in Destin. As for the room, it was perfect for my family of 3. I would have liked a sample bottle of shampoo/conditioner like most rooms do, bc I forgot mine of course! And the pull out bed and couch was a little old and not comfy as well as the king bed was not the best. But for the price, and that view.... still worth it. And realJoy stayed in contact with us the entire time. I was confused about the DVD rental and emailed them late and still got a quick response. Will definitely use RealJoy again. It would be nice to have those pullout sleeper bed to change to something more comfortable. That sofa bed sucks. WiFi sucks. It never worked for the stay. Kitchen light comes on its own will. Spacious apartment with all amenities you need. Only issue is WiFi which needs sorting.
Being in the 17th floor has many benefits. Sunrise and sunset are truly beautiful (being at either end of the beach). The balcony is lovely for breakfast and dinner drinks, and the living room is spacious. Being higher means you are away from the noise a little aswell (spring break in this case!) Bedroom is a little old fashioned, but the bed is huge and comfy. Bathrooms are ideal with jacuzzi bath a nice addition. Very little to fault - my two boys want to come back to the same apartment, which is good enough for me! Overall an absolutely wonderful vacation. Beautiful!
This was our first time in Destin, FL. Condo was very clean and in great shape. It's on the 17th floor, so the view was amazing. The only problem we had was that the resort wouldn't let us bring our own umbrella. They make you rent their umbrella and chairs for $35 per day. We thought that was insane, so we drove down to the Henderson State Park where it was $6 per day and not as crowded. Perfect
Unit was clean, direct access to the beach. We go to Destin a couple of times per year to fish with Charter Boat Outta Line, Capt. Trey always delivers. From now we will be staying at Sundestin 1703. We feel like we have found our home in Destin.- Reviewed On: 5/9/2016

Awesome!
WOW, What a view, had a wonderful time on our stay at your beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. Close to everything and lots of restaurants. Rained some, so the indoor pool was great and hot tub felt wonderful. Great having the gym, small store, game room and restaurant and tiki bar right on the property.
