SunDestin 1703 is a 17th floor, gulf front, one bedroom/1.5 bath condo in the heart of Destin!
This stunning condo with drop-dead views has a king-sized bed in the master and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that fold out electronically - no struggling to put it away in the morning! There are 1 and 1/2 baths and a jetted tub for soaking. This condo has 2 flat screens and free high-speed internet.

If you’re an early riser, nothing compares to walking to the balcony, sipping your coffee, looking to your left, and watching the sun rise in the east. If sunsets capture your imagination after a day of playing in the soft white sand beach and crystal-clear green gulf, toast the sun setting from the same balcony as you turn to the right to watch the sun light play on the water for the end of a great day.

The kitchen boasts of gorgeous granite counters, a new ice-maker fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and all the tools to make a delicious meal. But, because this is Destin, know that you have plenty of fine restaurants as well as good Chinese take-out to enjoy. Sundestin's condo unit #1703 offers the best of the best.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated open-air pool), exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Had a great stay. Bed was very comfortable and room quiet. The furniture in the living room has been updated since the pictures online were taken. Looks a lot better in person. Overall had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

Everything was nice. Check in was easy. Resort was not crowded. If you want to get chairs for the beach you can do so starting at 9am as you are walking out to beach. The guys were helpful and friendly. There is a pool and hot tub there. Loved the gift shop and the staff. The room was nice a typical beach house. I must add, if you don’t want to rent chairs for the beach you can set up your own or use towels behind the resorts rented beach chairs. You can not bring your own umbrella. They have a pizza place that delivers or you can grab a snack from the gift shop. There is also a wafflehouse across the road. You will park and go in for check in where they will give you a tag to hang in your car, no gate code needed. Hope this helps

This was our first stay in Destin. We were very happy with how clean the unit was. It was a very good place for a couple to stay. The view of the gulf was the best part. We started and ended every day on the balcony.

Would definitely stay again, perfect little get away spot .

Location is perfect, condo is darling , gorgeous view . All the staff was great very personable. Bed is a little hard . Floor is very “gritty” Might be a electrical issue in the bedroom, when I adjusted the ceiling fan the TV would turn off. ( Minor issues )

It was better than the pictures listed online. It had some modern updates that were really nice. The views from the balcony were amazing! The chair service that was purchasable on the beach was a great bonus. We enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby and the shop which had anything we may have needed while on the beach. It was a little warm in the room considering the air conditioning unit is on the balcony and makes it hard to hear the ocean from the balcony when it’s running.

We had a wonderful stay. The only hic cup was we locked ourselves out in the balcony within 30 minutes of arriving. Luckily, I had a phone in my hand and was able to call front desk for help. Security came VERY shortly. He told us this happened often. Perhaps since it does then at the very least put a warning on the door reminding to close door carefully.

Great stay, Great views, Great beaches and plenty to do! What more do you need! There is plenty of room for a blowup mattress in the living room if bringing 2 teenagers. Two minor things, captain chairs on the balcony need to be replaced (which I'm sure they would've done if I called) and internet is hit and miss (which was fine by us).

5 stars This was our first time here and we loved it. Our 1 bdrm condo was perfect for us because it was just hubs and I. The furniture wasn’t the same as the picture which included a recliner, but there was a small hideabed couch. It worked, we didn’t spend much time in the condo anyway. The view is magnificent which is the primary reason I picked the SunDestin. The room faces just west of due south, but not by much. We could not see the sunrise directly or the sunset directly, guessing because of the strip of condos. Anyway it’s beautiful. Would highly recommend. There’s 1 1/2 baths which was cool and a walk-in linen closet off the half bath. Perfect for two people. I couldn’t get the iron to work in the half bath, but it worked in the bedroom. The internet/wi-fi in the room was spotty. The wi-fi/internet reception on the beach was terrible. Had to listen to music on my iTunes app on my phone rather than stream, and even Verizon data didn’t pick up. That was frustrating. We never could get the tv in the bedroom to work and the toaster needs a better one. Minor things to say the least. Overall, it was a spectacular trip and we loved the condo. It was perfect for just the two of us. We will be back.

Had a wonderful time with some of the most beautiful beaches! The condo was clean & well stocked for what we needed it for. There was a pigeon that lived on our balcony-but we named it & it never gave us any trouble! Truly an amazing time & I would definitely go back!
