The place was perfect. Convenient location literally 5 mins from anywhere u might need to go. Supermarket liquor store Walmart coffee restaurants all within 5 min drive. The view was a beauty. Bed was comfy. The little store in the lobby was open late and had any essentials u might need to grab quick or last minute for on the beach or inside the condo. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little restaraunt right next to the pools u can get a quick bite at. The grills outside were so clutch we grilled food every night and made it such a vibe. Loved the place !!! It was perfect clean comfortable and had everything you need :)

Despite the current renovations that are ongoing, the noise was not noticeable to us as we were on the beach or doing something most of the time there was any noise. Staff were nice and helpful. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great and the staff at the gift shop were great, prices were a little higher but for the convenience it was worth it. The condo we were in was cleaned spotless before we arrived and never had any issues. They are upfront about parking issues and the linens. If you read the rental agreement they send you prior to arriving it details all of that. We will be coming back soon.

I stayed here from May 11 to May 16, 2025. It was a solo vacation for me and this property was perfect. It was a gorgeous view from the balcony and the condo itself was very nice and clean, and very true to the listing. The communication with the property manager was wonderful. I didn't need anything during my stay but they made sure I knew exactly how to contact them if need be. Overall, I was very happy and would highly recommend this property for a solo trip, or a trip with a small group.

Great location and view of the ocean! There was a cute beach shop in the lobby to get sunscreen and other necessities. The only feedback we have is to update the gym and supply more towels in the room. Otherwise it is a great vacation spot and would recommend!

Was able to see pods of Dolphins swimming by in the mornings from our balcony. My only suggestion would be to get a different mattress for the king bed. We would stay here again!!!

The property was great, however I am guessing that the blowers on the hot tubs were off due to the off season. That was a bummer. But over all the property was great. The unit was clean and functional however for the prices the unit could upgrade some things. I stay in Destin/Ft Walton at least 3 times a year and with this unit I was really expecting it to be nicer. The cable/TV did not work as there was an issue with the cable. Other than our trip was great. Would stay again. Thanks Misty

This was our first time staying in Destin and we will definitely be coming back to SunDestin. Check-in and check-out was so quick and easy and the front desk workers were so nice (as were the security workers). The condo was just as advertised - very clean and decorated so nicely. The view from the balcony cannot be beat and the location is perfect - right in the middle of everything. We even walked to a lot of restaurants and the ones we had to drive to were not too far away. The chair/umbrella rental boys on the beach were great and it was so much better than trying to bring our own. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and plan to book here again! Thanks RealJoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Destin! We’ll definitely stay again! One small issue was that there is nothing that can be left in the kitchen for whatever reason, that includes all spices (salt and pepper even) anything unopened even like drinks or condiments… I couldn’t take anything with us since we flew so it’s disappointing and wasteful. Also, the laundry services are directly across from the room but it’s $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry… in room washer/dryer would be nice… otherwise we loved it!
