For safety reasons the Splash Pad, indoor hot tub, and grill area is temporarily closed. The indoor pool is closed Oct 27, 2025 - Jan 9, 2026, and the onsite restaurant, Phat Fish, is closed Oct 27 - Dec 2, 2025. The outdoor pool remains OPEN. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
