For safety reasons the Splash Pad, indoor hot tub, and grill area is temporarily closed. The indoor pool is closed Oct 27, 2025 - Jan 9, 2026, and the onsite restaurant, Phat Fish, is closed Oct 27 - Dec 2, 2025. The outdoor pool remains OPEN. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beach activities. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, allowing sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, offering seating for all guests. Enjoy the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast, or take a swim in the indoor pool, perfect for rainy days or evening relaxation.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
