SunDestin 101

My family vacationed with SunDestin for my children’s fall break. The location was perfectly centered around all the restaurants and activities we engaged in. The staff was super supportive and provided immediate responses for our concerns. I went to the onsite restaurant for a meal or two and gift shop for souvenirs. The was beach was beautiful and I enjoyed the early morning and late evening walks. The outdoor and indoor pool were great. My kids throughly enjoyed themselves at the beach and pools. Access to the beach and pool was extremely easy from my room. The room configuration was great, everyone had space to relax and do their own thing. I would recommend the SunDestin to anyone.

Estoy encantada del lugar. Excelente ubicacion el acceso a la playa esta genial es super cerca. Me encantó abrir la puerta del balcon y ya tener acceso a la piscina y unos pasos mas y estaba tocando la arena Del Mar. Un buen lugar para ir con niños Pequeños. Me encantó los Tv actualizados ha que pude ver Netflix y YouTube para mi hijo mientras descansamos. Los utensilios del hogar tiene lo necesario diria Que haria falta un mejor cuchillo grande para cortar Carnes pero del resto todo bien. La piscina tenía excelente temperatura y estaba casi sola para nosotros.

We loved the location, service and communication we received from the RealJoy team while staying at the SunDestin resort. We stayed in room 101 and the location was as good as we could have asked for. Balcony opened to the pool and the beach was a 1 minute walk across the sand. The unit came with everything needed for a family stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We will likely look to revisit the same location next year. Thanks for a solid family vacation and fair pricing.

We love staying at Sundestin Beach Resort but this was our first time to stay in 0101. It’s the perfect location for small kids, but the unit it’s self isn’t that great. There were roaches in floor as soon as we walked in (roach spray was even under the sink), the beds are CHEAP (you could feel the springs, the pillows were hard, the kitchen table chairs were broke, and the the patio chairs were even broke (we couldn’t even sit outside). We had all intentions of renting this unit again for next year, but definitely not now.

Brooke, Thank you for the 5-star review. We apologize for all of the issues you experienced. Like all of our units, this one is on a scheduled pest maintenance program to prevent infestation. Roaches can sneak in through open doors and windows seeking escape from the summer heat, hence the roach spray. We will pass along your comments regarding the beds to the owner for their consideration. We wish you had reached out to us with any concerns you had during your stay and we would have done our best to make them right. We hope you enjoyed some beach time and had a safe trip home. Our family ABSOLUTELY LOVED this unit! The ground floor accessibility made it so easy to come and go without lugging things up stairs or waiting for elevators. My husband and I were able to watch our children swim from the comfort of the private patio! The on-site restaurant, bar, and store came in handy as well. We didn't even have to leave the resort! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The condo was clean and as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were a little worn out, but not unbearable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels for us. The location of the unit by the pool was perfect. I enjoyed the room and would stay again.

I liked two bedrooms and the pull out couch. The property was very nice and homey. A little funny from my 7 year old: “Mom, look at their fancy phone! You can sit here and call someone!” 🤣 I didn’t like that there were no extra garbage bags or toilet paper. Also, I wish there had been some sort of rug at the back door. Even though we washed our feed at the showers, we still managed to track in sand.

We liked the location beside the pool, as we a 5 yr old that loved to swim. I do wish that it had more trash bags and some type of cleaner for the counters besides that we really enjoyed it.

We were extremely pleased with the condo. My only issue was I felt the floor could have been cleaner. It did leave the bottom of our feet feeling dirty. Other than that the room was perfect. Location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.
