-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.

SunDestin 101 is a 1st floor, two bedroom/two bath condo of a Gulf front complex in the heart of beautiful Destin! This master bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached private bath. The second guest room has a full and a twin with an attached bathroom. The sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, and there are three flat screen TVs. With a spacious kitchen and tile throughout, SunDestin 101 is sure to please.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*There is parking for 1 vehicle at the SunDestin complex. Additional parking is available across the street.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated open-air pool), exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Whether you spend your day at the nearby Big Kahuna's Water Park, on the golf course, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, or shopping at the terrific Destin Outlet Malls, there’s also a robust nightlife with nearby clubs, including Sundestin’s onsite bar and restaurant with great homemade food.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!

My family vacationed with SunDestin for my children’s fall break. The location was perfectly centered around all the restaurants and activities we engaged in. The staff was super supportive and provided immediate responses for our concerns. I went to the onsite restaurant for a meal or two and gift shop for souvenirs. The was beach was beautiful and I enjoyed the early morning and late evening walks. The outdoor and indoor pool were great. My kids throughly enjoyed themselves at the beach and pools. Access to the beach and pool was extremely easy from my room. The room configuration was great, everyone had space to relax and do their own thing. I would recommend the SunDestin to anyone.

Estoy encantada del lugar. Excelente ubicacion el acceso a la playa esta genial es super cerca. Me encantó abrir la puerta del balcon y ya tener acceso a la piscina y unos pasos mas y estaba tocando la arena Del Mar. Un buen lugar para ir con niños Pequeños. Me encantó los Tv actualizados ha que pude ver Netflix y YouTube para mi hijo mientras descansamos. Los utensilios del hogar tiene lo necesario diria Que haria falta un mejor cuchillo grande para cortar Carnes pero del resto todo bien. La piscina tenía excelente temperatura y estaba casi sola para nosotros.

We loved the location, service and communication we received from the RealJoy team while staying at the SunDestin resort. We stayed in room 101 and the location was as good as we could have asked for. Balcony opened to the pool and the beach was a 1 minute walk across the sand. The unit came with everything needed for a family stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We will likely look to revisit the same location next year. Home away from Home

I liked two bedrooms and the pull out couch. The property was very nice and homey. A little funny from my 7 year old: “Mom, look at their fancy phone! You can sit here and call someone!” 🤣 I didn’t like that there were no extra garbage bags or toilet paper. Also, I wish there had been some sort of rug at the back door. Even though we washed our feed at the showers, we still managed to track in sand.

Had a blast! Would differently do it again...

Being close to beach and having everything we needed in the kitchen! There was no laundry on 1st floor.
