Everything was fantastic. I’m a big ‘if the bed is uncomfortable it will ruin my vacation’ person. The master was great. All of the kids bunks and beds were great. Beach access was amazing. The decor of the home was also 10/10.

This condo was far better than we imagined. It was in great condition, the upstairs beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were updated and spotless, and the view could not be beat. Literally step right off the deck and into the sand!

This place is not n a great location to restaurants, bars and breakfast places. The best part of the location is its steps to the beach. One the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to in the USA. The townhouse was very well appointed and had enough room for 8 guests. The comfort of the furniture in the living room to the beds in each room were great. The upper and middle decks were nice to sit and sip coffee or watch the sunset with a cocktail. Again, location was great within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking was good that accommodated 4 vehicles. Overall we had such a wonderful experience and enjoyed celebrating our friendships and a reunion of many Air Force buddies stationed in Germany in 1980-1982. Great place.

Where do I begin?! The location of this property and the views are unbeatable. The price was reasonable for the off-season, which makes a dream vacation property obtainable for blue collar folk. The room layouts were nice for our group, and the place was very clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. One more note, we appreciated the availability of outdoor furniture as well. That is where we wanted to be and had no shortage of seating! I could go on and on, but this is a good start. Renters will not be disappointed. I wouldn’t call it a dislike, but we noted that the cooktop had a large crack in it that could be a potential safety issue. It did not impact our stay, but we mentioned it at checkout, as it kind of looks like a scratch and might not have been noticed otherwise.

Loved our stay at the beach! This location is quite literally steps away from the water. We had multiple couples traveling together and it was perfect because each of us got our own room and restroom. We were able to use the kitchen which I really liked. The house is beautiful and RealJoy was very responsive the entire stay. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Conveniently located and You are literally a few steps off the back deck to the water, the 2 beach service chairs are certainly a plus too. very clean, spacious, beach access through balcony door, in the heart of shopping (groceries/clothes). close to other attractions (less than 10 to Big kahuna Water Park). Every one was pleased!

We enjoyed our stay; the accommodations and location were excellent. Small issue at the location; shower head in the upper level room with balcony access makes an annoying whistle noise when in use and the iron was not in working condition. Overall I still give it a 5 star!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well taken care of . Plenty of space for our crew of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked and the patio furniture was a nice addition! We did experience a maintenance issue but it was fixed within an hour of calling on a Friday afternoon. Something that would be very useful to advertise is that there ARE pocket doors in the bottom level separating the 3 sleeping areas . There was also plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, extra chairs, etc on the bottom deck .

Can't get any better than being right on the beach, and this property delivered it perfectly for all three of our generations on this family trip. Couple of minor maintenance issues, but the property management company was fantastic to work with. Will absolutely be looking to stay here again on future trips.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The location is absolutely perfect, and the property is exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. One update I'd recommend for the description: Include a note that there are both drip (uses basket filters) and pod coffee makers in the kitchen. That's important since the property (as explicitly mentioned in the description) has no consumable items provideded. (e.g. oil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, etc.) And for arrival planning, it would have been helpful know what type of coffee/filters we needed to bring.

27th Annual Girls Trip of 6 friends. When we first pulled in, we were hesitant of outside appearance and surroundings. Once we entered the property we were pleasantly surprised! Property was very clean with a great layout for a large group. All of the beds were very comfortable. The unit provides a “starter” pack of trash bags, TP and dish soap. This was a rare occurrence to provide our own supplies. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pots,pans, dishes, cutting boards, utensils, toaster and 2 coffee pots. The kuerig was not operable so we used the auto drip pot. There is a washer/dryer in the unit on the first floor. ( super handy) There is a convenience store across the street which was great! Beach area was amazing!!! Not overly crowded. Great property! We would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay here, and we love it! The renovations were nice and made more sleeping space for our large family. The location is awesome, and the private beach is always the best. There was a beach setup every day, along with a tent and extra beach chairs. We had trouble with the lock the first night, but RealJoy was easy to contact and helped us get in. If you are traveling with a large group and need the space, this is a great find at a good price.

Annual Family Florida Vacation also this time with Friends requiring a larger location. The place was perfect for us and suited all needs, large spacious, very clean, nice amenities and furnishings. All beds and bedrooms were very comfortable with excellent privacy, even with other unit attached there was never any noise or issues. The direct beach access which we always look for was perfect and there is even a good selection of kids toys, chairs and a foldable shade on the lower deck for use, the BBQ pit was practically brand new also gas station conveniently located across the street in walking distance. Overall amazing stay and enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend it, Realjoy staff was very responsive and communicated well before, during, and after our stay.

This condo is the perfect location at Miramar Beach. We stayed over Mother’s Day weekend with my 70+ year old parents, two grown children, and my 13 year old. Plenty of beds for the kids to chill on and plenty of space for the grownups. It had every kitchen item needed for your stay. Updated interior and well maintained, this sets it apart from the others nearby. And, it is the corner unit, so you get a great view from both decks!

Beautiful views and excellent location right on the beach. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Three large beds comfortably fit 6 adults. Two bunk beds (4 mattresses between them) accommodated 4 adults, though there were mixed reviews on the comfort of the bunk beds. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and it was easy to connect with a representative over the phone when we had a question about a door lock. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would stay here again.
